Update 9-17-2022: As mentioned below, I'm not the type to complain. I just move on. I'm lifting my 1 star review to 3 stars based on the fact that Ops Mgr called me, and stopped by the house to assess the situation and figure out a solution. It would appear they plan on replacing the tree with an acceptable size tree and remove the stump that they were supposed to the first time around. I will update the review once things are squared away. Looks promising......

I really hate to leave a negative review. I'm usually the type of customer that just doesn't come back if I don't like the service. However, this story may be worth listening to. For starters, Brandon came out for a consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to get an overgrow Mesquite tree trimmed professionally. I ended up getting nutrient tree injections on all trees(4), insect injections and a stump removed. Price was a little more than others had quoted($2300) but this company seemed legit. Now, here is where the story takes a turn for the worse. All services where performed but they ended up cutting down one of my fully grown trees instead of grinding the stump. Whoops! When I contacted Brandon he was very sorry and vowed to fix the situation. When he called me back with the solution they wanted to replace the 20 foot Ash tree they chopped down with a 6ft one. It took 9 years for that tree to get to 20 feet. Obviously, I suggested that wasn't acceptable. He then offered a 7ft tree. Again, not acceptable. He was supposed to get with his boss and come back with a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I've texted him and he said the office would connect with me. Haven't heard anything. Oh, and did I mention they had no problem charging my card for services not preformed. I did call and complain about the charges and they cancelled the charge. I feel bad that they are at a loss on this situation. I know this was an accident. A measure of a good business is how you handle a crisis. Especially one they created. So far, I'd say D- for Elite Tree Service.

The crew came on time, and did a great job removing mesquite and ironwood tree limbs that were overhanging my tile roof. They worked very efficiently, and carefully, and also did a superb cleanup. I would hire them again.

They did not fulfill the contract for yard care. Will not use their services again and I do not recommend this company

First time using Elite. Arborist came out to assess our trees and provided a fair quote. The work was scheduled for the following week. A crew came out within the time frame given. They were very pleasant, respectful, professional. They did an excellent job thinning and shaping our citrus & ficus trees, trimming 3 queen palms and removing a very tall old queen and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. A very positive experience.

We hired Elite Tree Service to remove and grind the stump of 2 very tall and large Mexican fan palms that had been in for 20 years. Austin was responsive, on time and suggested other palms for our yard that would handle the Arizona heat. The crew showed up within the time frame and had the trees removed, grounded the stumps and cleaned up the mess; was really happy that I went with them and will definitely use again and recommend!

The crew arrived right at 7am and removed a large eucalyptus tree that recently died and pruned and balanced a mature mesquite tree. They worked quickly and three of them did not stop until the stump was ground and the trimmings were shredded into the truck. The cleanup was beautiful and you seriously could not tell what they had done. Even the street was cleaned up so neighbors were impressed. I’ve worked with many arborists and tree cutters and Elite offers both at a high level of service.

They did amazing work and we really like Austin!! He always got back to me when I had any questions and is so helpful!! We had a tree that got sick and he was very responsive and the company called right back and scheduled to come out and replace it with no questions asked!! I highly recommend this company!! If you need work done and someone you can trust, ask for Austin!! I’m sure everyone there are just as good but I can only tell you my experience with Austin!!!!

First off Austin came and made recommendations for what our two trees needed. He took care of setting up tree trimming, moving irrigation lines to better serve the trees, and deep feeding. The crews did a great job and left no mess. We look forward to seeing a difference in the next year.

Elite tree Service has done a great job tree trimming and pruning in the past. When it came time to update the landscaping, we called Elite Tree Service for assistance. Mike came out for the bid and did a great job recommending different types of trees for the different areas we wanted to update. Citrus trees are their specialty, but they also work with all types of trees - each with a two year warranty. The planting crew, lead by Austin was prompt, courteous and professional.

They removed two trees from my front yard. They trimmed a very large tree on the side of my home as well. Everything was done while I was at work. There were no branches or leaves left after they finished. Very professional.
I was pleasantly surprised how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We had Elite tend to our 3 trees. They installed new irrigation to our trees and then deeply feed them. They gave us a hugh bottle of liquid fertilizer to use
monthly. Every person who showed up were all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I would use them again.

Tree Service involves feeding two trees(results unknown), the removal of about 50% of a large chinaberry that was encroaching on the neighbors property And removing dead wood out of two shamel ash trees.

All done well and efficiently. Clean up was excellent and crew was efficient and likable. Only one of them spoke English but he was the lead man. Paid $60 for removal of all debris.

From my experience on a large property with 15 to 20 trees, most companies won’t come out unless there’s a minimums of $500

Pedro and Rodrigo arrived to the job early (I appreciated it!) and they were a very personable crew. Quick and efficient with a tree removal, some pruning, leaf blowing, etc.. Very communicative about the protocol and what to expect afterwards.

I walked outside and felt like I was in a different yard.

I will absolutely use Elite for any and all plant-related jobs in the future!

I am impressed by their timing, the quality of the workers who came (also very friendly) and I can’t wait to see the effects of their fertilization plan for shrubs and trees! I also had a leak repaired by replacing the leaking irrigation lines. So far so good!! I plan on using this company again

I called them out to take a look at my sprinkler system as well as an ailing lemon tree. One of the owners came out and after glancing over my equipment said it would cost me too much ($1,200 to replace 4 solenoids and a new timer) I told him I wanted to redesign my backyard and decide where I wanted the grass. He offered to send his landscaper out to help me with a design but never did. Based on the service guy who came out I guess they don't think I have enough money because of where I live.

Spoke woth Rachelle asking for a quote on trimming 3 palm trees. She made an appointment for Austin to come out and provide an estimate. Austin proceeded to quote us $125 per palm. I said let’s do it. He then said “The only problem is that we have a $600 minimum.” I asked why would this appointment ever be made and advised that not only Elite wasted his time, they wasted mine.

I had 2 very large, mature mulberries removed. They very efficiently removed them and took everything away - it's like they were never there. We were amazed! I would highly recommend them.

Good follow up on appointments and scheduling. Crew was efficient and cleaned clean up all debris before leaving.

The crew did an awesome job. Looks great. Very friendly and professional. The place was clean up better then when they arrived.

Very professional outfit versus the ‘bargain fly by night.’ They have the right equipment which many don’t. Good communication.
