Tree Pro installed a new drip-irrigation system on our property. Their crew showed up on time, worked diligently and quickly, and their foreman took time to explain their work and its impact. We were pleased with the result.

Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down.

Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again.

Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!!

The crew did an awesome job and it was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up my front yard to pristine condition! I would definitely use them again should the need for tree maintenance arise.

They are very polite and professional, answering all my questions and explaining what pruning needed to be done on each tree. I had PV Trimmers come out and trim 3 palms last year when I first moved into my new house. They did a great job and cleaned up the area really well. However, this year when I went to rebook them to trim the same trees, I reached out via email and was told that I should have already been rebooked by one of their employees last year after the first tree trim, however I had not been. I was then told I would be contacted once they looked at the schedule, that never happened. I reached back out myself via email and asked if they had a spot open....no response. I then called and was asked if my trees trimming cost was over $350. I had to go and look myself, and happened to be $285. I told the person on the phone and they said they will not perform any services for anyone under $350. This would have been nice to know the weeks before when I contacted them in the first place. I was told they would check with the owner since we had already discussed trimming this year, once again no response. In the mean time, I have found someone else to do it and for a better price that was reliable and had a sense of urgency. Be cautious if you are looking for PV Trimmers to do your job. It will be on their own lax schedule and only if you're going to spend a high dollar amount to make it worth their time.

I've been using BJ's landscaping for a couple years I am very satisfied with the work. They're very flexible I need a date changed. Whenever there is a problem they let me know about it and if I have one for them there immediately able to correct it. Prior to them I went through three different landscapers. When I ask them to do a certain area but I want more attention to did you exactly as I wanted

American tree and landscape company provided great service! They were able to come out the same day that I called them which was a lifesaver as I was on a very tight schedule. The crew was responsive, respectful, and very hard-working. I would definitely call again!

We had a horrendous storm in Sun City Festival Saturday night, 8-20-22. At 11pm I sent a text message to Mark at South Tree Service. Our 35 foot tall Palo Verde tree was uprooted and fell over onto the fence around out property, pushing the upper part of the fence out. The next morning he called me and said he could come out in the morning and remove the tree. He arrived as promised and did an excellent job. He was able to use a come along to pull the top of the fence back into place. This is the second time I have used his company and I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend South Tree Service.

Update 9-17-2022: As mentioned below, I'm not the type to complain. I just move on. I'm lifting my 1 star review to 3 stars based on the fact that Ops Mgr called me, and stopped by the house to assess the situation and figure out a solution. It would appear they plan on replacing the tree with an acceptable size tree and remove the stump that they were supposed to the first time around. I will update the review once things are squared away. Looks promising......

I really hate to leave a negative review. I'm usually the type of customer that just doesn't come back if I don't like the service. However, this story may be worth listening to. For starters, Brandon came out for a consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to get an overgrow Mesquite tree trimmed professionally. I ended up getting nutrient tree injections on all trees(4), insect injections and a stump removed. Price was a little more than others had quoted($2300) but this company seemed legit. Now, here is where the story takes a turn for the worse. All services where performed but they ended up cutting down one of my fully grown trees instead of grinding the stump. Whoops! When I contacted Brandon he was very sorry and vowed to fix the situation. When he called me back with the solution they wanted to replace the 20 foot Ash tree they chopped down with a 6ft one. It took 9 years for that tree to get to 20 feet. Obviously, I suggested that wasn't acceptable. He then offered a 7ft tree. Again, not acceptable. He was supposed to get with his boss and come back with a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I've texted him and he said the office would connect with me. Haven't heard anything. Oh, and did I mention they had no problem charging my card for services not preformed. I did call and complain about the charges and they cancelled the charge. I feel bad that they are at a loss on this situation. I know this was an accident. A measure of a good business is how you handle a crisis. Especially one they created. So far, I'd say D- for Elite Tree Service.

I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

Art and his crew did a fantastic job! They were right on time and were very quick and professional. Art made sure everything was cleaned up and left zero mess after they were done too. I definitely recommend Liberty Tree to anyone needing tree removal. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Showed up unannounced, banging on our front door, and yelling like a madman, despite the fact we have doorbells available. After showing him the property, we told him we'd like our two large trees trimmed. He started complaining he has no access to the trees and tried to go through our neighbors property, we merely asked him for an estimate which turned out to be 4000$. After we declined he was insulting beyond reason. I absolutely advise against this company.

On May 14 2020, Phoenix Tree Removal took down two 17 year old ficus trees from our small NW Phoenix front yard. Lance and Chris are fast and accurate in everything they do. Lance knew exactly where each huge limb would land. We didn't have to take down the front yard fence . A small shrub growing between the trees wasn't touched. Nothing broken. After the trees were removed they ground down both stumps, then raked the yard and cleaned up the front yard, driveway, street and anything that blew into an adjacent yard. They even blew the leaves out of our garage! This is the most professional , pleasant and hardworking people we've ever hired. Their price was excellent!! I got a bid from an arbor company that quoted $4,300 and said a crane had to be used. NOT TRUE!!! Their price was more than 3 times less than that ! LANCE and Chris are amazing! Divine Design just completed my backyard project. The entire project was a hardscape. They did a very good job building a paved pathway and repairing existing tiles. All the work was completed on time. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I will most likely use them for my future projects.
