Greg Knutsons Handyman

Recently my husband and I sold a home. Prior to sale, we needed a number of improvements completed which included electrical and wiring, plumbing work, carpentry, painting, appliance installations and a number of other repairs / upgrades. For this work, I contacted Greg Knutson. Greg worked long hours and weekends to meet our very aggressive schedule. The quality of Greg’s work was excellent. His work reflected attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Greg made sure his work was done right, enabling us to develop trust in his ability to do fine work. Based on this positive experience with Greg, we have also hired him to do all maintenance work at our two rental properties. He is courteous and completes work promptly for our tenants. Greg is reliable and easy to contact. He is also flexible and accommodating to last-minute requests or urgent scheduling. We are pleased to be working with Greg, and can recommend him wholeheartedly.

As a service based company, we often have need for last minute repairs to keep our clients happy. Greg has been incredibly responsive, communicative and efficient in handling our needs. We highly recommend him!

My experience with Greg Knutsons has always been excellent. He has been able to answer any of my questions thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction. Greg did an absolutely horrible job repairing 2 porcelain tubs that were rusting at the drain. He estimated a very large amount, but agreed based on I thought he would do a nice job with the repair. But, when my tenant sent pictures of the repair, it looked like it was repaired with bubble gum. He promised the repair would extend the life of the tubs 5-7 more years.
Well, it didn't last even 3 months before it started leaking under the tub and the wet soil under the foundation cracked and lifted the tile from the bathroom all the way across the living room. I had to have the tubs and tile replaced after only 3 months after the repair.

Greg has been out to fix several things in my home. He is always available on weekends for my disasters, and he is reasonable. He is easy going and fixes stuff for me!

Greg is a rip off artist. He charges extreme amounts to fix things. He won't provide bids he just does the work and sticks you with the bill. Please don't use him, he will rip you off.

Extremely knowledgeable and definitely willing to go above and beyond. After speaking with Greg several times I can tell he truly cares about his customers. Thanks again Greg!

Called Greg in a pinch with a plumbing issue. He was quick to answer the phone and fixed the problem the same day. He was easy to work with and communicative.

Greg showed up within 30 minutes of me calling him. Friendly and got the job very fast also very reasonably priced reasonably priced reasonably priced.

Greg did a great job. Very impressed.

Do not use this guy unless you get a written estimate first.He is very sloppy and will overcharge you.

Mediocre at best. I would not trust him with anything but the simplest of tasks, for which you will pay above market.
