We had Tom build us a custom dining buffet. He is a pleasure to work with, obsessive about quality and very professional. We'd recommend him wholeheartedly if you're looking to get custom furniture built.

Perusing the Internet I found this site advertising these superb custom made tables, named River Tables. They are exceptionally beautiful and exceptionally well made. I had never seen anything like them before. What a great idea: through the middle of these wood tables there is a glass insert mimicking the sinuous body of a river ! I immediately contacted the business and I got an appointment to see some models existing in the shop and discuss the particularities of the table I wanted. You can chose a particular type of wood ( there are different type of woods with particular patents and hues ) and about 4 different colors of the glass.
In the end I ordered 2 tables, around one and a sofa table. I am extremely pleased with the final products and I strongly recommend this business and Tom, the owner of the business.

Tom of Citizen Wood Company completed a 3 piece home theater cabinet set with matching coffee table and end table. Tom took my ideas and refined them to create ideal designs for my living space. The process was collaborative and Tom kept me informed every step of the way. The live edge coffee table and end table are stunningly beautiful. If you desire both quality workmanship and style, Citizen Wood Company is highly recommended.

After researching a couple of different custom table makers in the Valley we decided to go with Citizen Wood Company. The experience was well worth it! Tom was extremely easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and provided feedback on what he thought was best in a constructive way. My husband and I believe the costs for his products are more than reasonable, too! We are extremely pleased with our live edge dining table and will definitely be using Tom for any custom furniture in the future!

Tom provided our office an exceptional boardroom table (12ft long) with custom metal legs. His craftsmanship is detailed and to your liking. He provided customer service, communication, artistry, and assembly from beginning to end to provide us a seamless product and experience (even when there was an issue with the original slab that came in!) Paying thousands for a table seems expensive but these are true art pieces that you will want to keep in the family. Great business to support!

Tommy made me both a table and a desk. They are both incredible!!! He did such a great job communicating to make sure it was everything we wanted and more. He was always positive and he built two pieces that are so unique but also timeless which was really important to us. My kids already fight over who’s getting what piece someday. He was super punctual getting the job done. Delivery and assembly was perfect. I can’t wait to use Tom again in the future! I’m blown away at how in love I am with his creativity and craftsmanship!!!

I ordered a custom solid walnut gaming table and two walnut river end tables. Couldn’t be happier with Tom’s craftsmanship. He was communicative, professional, and everything looks phenomenal. If you want a legacy piece of custom furniture, look no further! He also has some cheaper options if you dont want to break the bank. I’ll be ordering more custom furniture from Citizen in the future. Can’t wait!

He explains the details in terms you can understand and provides weekly status updates. He is a perfectionist and is passionate about his work.
