My experience with Inspired Closets was wonderful. My designer Melissa was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and creative. She was able to take my ideas and transform them into a modern efficient laundry room. Melissa showed me an abundance of product and design options to create a room that is much better than I could have imagined. She was very patient with my MANY questions and ideas, so I felt like I was really getting a room customized to my needs. I also wanted to change a very dated room that had two twin beds. She came up with the idea of making it both an office and a guest room by putting in a Murphy bed. The Murphy bed is so comfortable! The best part is when the bed is up it can be used as a desk!! Her idea was brilliant. I feel like I have an extra room. Thank you Melissa for making this project so easy and fun!

Inspired Closets help turn a recessed wall space in our home office into a beautiful custom cabinet bookshelf. The variety of available colors allowed us to match our unique accent wall color. Nicole was amazing to work with - she was responsive, professional, and helped turn my mental picture into a real design. She even offered various options of layouts so I could chose the one that matched my mental picture the best. The wait for the installation was worth it and the actual installation process was extremely quick. If you have any unique custom cabinet design needs, I highly recommend Inspired Closets!

Inspired Closets was very easy to work with and I appreciated the level of detail that Kamil had during the design phase. Our closet install took two days and was quite seamless, the installer (just one person) was very efficient and accommodating as well. The cabinets did take an extremely long time to ship, but that's more of a current market issue than anything else.

One thing to keep in mind, if you are designing a closet remodel is your own height compared to the height of the new closet. My husband has no issues reaching his clothing bars but I am JUST able to hang up clothing (I am 5'4). Certainly isn't a deal breaker, but not something I had even thought about until they were installed.

My craft closet turned out perfect. I am so happy with how it turned out. Pam Vidulich was so wonderful to work with. And she designed the perfect closet to organize my crafts and hobbies. I am so pleased. Highly recommend Inspired Closets. Made in USA product. The installer was also terrific.

We humans always take time out to write bad reviews but often forget to thank and recommend the business if they do a good job. I started my entryway closet design with Nicole Cassavani. She was amazing to work with but unfortunately she left in the middle of my project. Once the cabinets were delivered there were some parts that were missing. Jeff clark went above and beyond to address my issues. I really appreciate what he did for us in these difficult times of supply chain and worker shortages issues. I would not hesitate to give them another business and have already recommended them to many of friends and family.

We hired Inspired Closets to customize our master bedroom closet this past February. Our consultant, Laurel Stratzel, spent a couple of hours with me designing the perfect configuration for us. The installation team was very professional and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's taken me this long to add baskets to the closet, but it's finally finished, so I can post pics now!

Met with Melissa who was my designer. Process went smoothly - we did 5 bedrooms, hall closets, office etc - extensive closet systems. Melissa designed and gave three options for master - also had design ideas to me before we met since I have emailed dimensions - after we agreed on designs there was a 2nd look measure - ordered and install was done over 4 days. No issues all came and was installed without any hiccups!! Would definitely recommend!

Inspired closets converted a serviceable reach in closet to an elegant, spacious and much more efficient closet in my master bedroom. Nicole patiently worked with me in my home to understand what I was after. She created several designs, patiently reworking it until I was happy, always with a helpful and cheery attitude.

When it was time to do take out my old closet (demo) and put in the new, the installer was in and out in one day, shorter than the two days that was projected. It was a clean install and looks great. The installer noticed a couple things that needed attention and I had a minor question. All were completed within a few days and I'm quite happy with the result.

I had removed my closet doors to allow easier access for the install. Although the closet was designed to work for a bypass closet door, it looks nice enough that there really is no need. It also adds space to a relatively small bedroom, so I'm leaving the doors off. It is also so convenient to have access to all my clothes without having to wrestle with the adjacent articles, also also have access to accessories, jackets and sweaters that were previously stored elsewhere.

First of all I would like to say that I absolutely love my closets. It makes organization so much easier and I have a place for everything. I would love to give the company a 5 star but unfortunately due to lack of communication with the install coordinator, that is not possible. I absolutely loved working with Nicole Cavasani, the designer. She was professional and so helpful. She stay in constant communication with me through the design process. She worked with my budget and was always looking for ways to save me money by making different suggestion on how I could achieve the look I wanted at a lower cost. The installers were on time and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
As for Gayle, the install coordinator, I would suggest to improve on communication. I expected a call on day that my shipment was scheduled to arrive but I did not, I waited a few days and called only for her to tell me there was a delay in some items. This is fine, no fault of hers but she should have called me and not the other way around. This was the case through the install process, I would always have to call her when there was a delay or issue with scheduling, she never thought to communicate anything with me until I called. I am a very patient person when it comes to customer services because I work in customer service but communication is very important to me. So with that being said for an individual rating, I would give Gayle a 2.5 star. Otherwise, as I stated before, everyone else was great! I would still consider the company for future installs!

Best experience from any company since moving to AZ. Nicole was so patient with me and has been so responsive throughout the process. She did an amazing job designing my office and my pantry. The installation team was right on time and so professional! We have been so pleassed that we are now going to have them do our master closet!

Exceptional service and design. We couldn’t be happier. We interviewed with multiple companies and no one came close to Pam’s ideas and design. She was able to maximize our space creating beautiful closets. We had 4 done and all four were done to perfection. The crew went out of thier way to make sure every detail was accounted for and the company continued to follow up to make sure we had what we needed. Look no further, the quality, professionalism and design talent is the best in the valley!!

We love our closet! Nicole did a great job! She was very helpful and patient with us picking everything out. And she’s very responsive!
Our only concern which was a big concern was the 85% deposit. In this day and age my husband and I were very uncomfortable giving someone more than the typical 50% deposit. In all of the competitor quotes I received none required more than 50% but Nicole spent so much time with us so we moved forward with her.

Demi was great! She took great care of us from start to finish. We got everything we needed and wanted for our closet.

Nicole, our designer, was absolutely amazing! She had a lot of ideas as we worked on our nursery closet design together. We worked with Inspired Closets to design the closet of our dreams! From start to finish they were a class act. Walking into the initial meeting, we had no idea what we wanted (except for a general idea, no specifics). Janae and team came up with an initial design, came to our home, WHILE it was being built, to make sure our measurements were correct and offer extra advice on the space, and literally nailed it! We made several revisions, and they were really fast turnarounds. Once we signed off on the design, the team placed the order and install was the week we moved into our new home. The guys who did the install were incredible, as well! They loved on our pups and made us feel like they cared about our home (and weren't just doing a job). Once the install was complete, they sent a manager into our home for a quality check and then made several fixes that we didn't even notice needed to be done! They're honest and totally went above and beyond any work we've ever had done on our home. We're so thankful and already brainstorming the next project we want to have them help us with!!

After looking at the usual suspects regarding closet updates, I quite by accident found this company online. I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful this company is to work with. From the Designer Pam, to the Installation gal Heaven to the installer, all of the above were exceptional. My project was to upgrade my standard builder pantry.
Pam came to my home and was able to design my new pantry. We had to make some tweaks along the way and she was able to do this with me on Zoom.
Not once did she imply that my changes were troublesome.
My family and I are so very delighted with the outcome and I highly recommend Pam and Inspired Closets for all your closet/pantry needs.

From the beginning to completion it was a great experience to work with Pam and Inspired Closets. I got just what I asked for and more as she was able to tweak a couple shelves and got me even more usable space. They have this wonderful full length mirror that folds away when your not using it! After dealing with a few other companies high prices, basic design and lack of customer service, I stumbled across Inspired Closets and my designer Melissa F. I got the most quality master bedroom design, Ideas, and price that was almost to good to be true compared to the other companies I was dealing with. The design and quality of the custom closet was second to none! I would never use anyone else but Melissa F and Inspired Closets.

Every aspect of this company was outstanding from the first design meeting to the installation. Top notch service and care! And very reasonable! I would highly recommend this company.

It does not get any better than these guys! The sales, and service staff that come to your home actually respect it like it was their own.
