Sanels Wholesale Cabinets

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

Cabinets cames in on time, beautiful, and installed by a subcontractor for Sanels. However, there are still some issues that have not heen resolved. Multiple phone calls to Sanels, promises by Sanels to call me back and resolve the issues, and nada so far!

Still, I love their cabinets and they look great and came at a great price!

Our order was big as we were replacing every cabinet in the house and adding some new ones which required creativity in the design. Despite delivery time delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Erik VanVoorhis worked so hard to accomodation my design changes from the get go. He was great at making modifications to the available designs to meet our intended design. After explaining my schedule constraints to Erik, he worked so hard including late evenings and weekends with the rest of the team at 'Sanels Wholesale Cabinets' to accomodate my renovation schedule. The installation team did a tremendeaous job and the final product shown in the photos speaks for the fine workmanship of the whole team. Remember, this big project cost was at 60% of the quotes I got from other companies in the Phoenix area. Thanks Sanels Wholesale Cabinets for adding beautiful touch to my home.

Absolutely horrible company. I purchased cabinets and paid $6k in full on May 18, 2022. They were supposed to be installed around Memorial Day with the counter top coming a few days later after they cut out for the sink. Around June 13th they delivered damaged and broken cabinets and said they were coming back the next day to install. Well they never showed up to install and made it seem like I was annoying them by calling every few hours looking for an update when the installer was going to show up. Well it's now June 23rd and never heard from them again, damaged cabinets are still sitting at my office uninstalled and obviously I never received my counter top either which was all paid in full upfront. I am going thru the process of disputing my credit card to start and will do everything I can to turn away as much business as I can from these lying crooks. I spoke to Dino the owner and he was just a obnoxious and arrogant, kind of like all the rest of his employees I had the misfortune of dealing with. Don't even waste your time with them, it's definitely not worth the hassle and your not saving any money with them anyway. The only reason I went there was because they said they had everything in stock for immediate delivery, which was another lie. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

Checking things off my Honey Do List, it was time to build out the laundry room with some new cabinets. The BIG BOX stores ready made cabinets do not even compare to the solid maple construction I saw and purchased.

I sent an email at 5:00AM on a Saturday to check stock and availability.
10:00 AM I received a call from John that was super attentive. Clarified what I was looking for, sent over a rough sketch and drawing via text. Back and forth all with a purpose of helping me keep the wife happy.

My cabinets were in stock and ready for pick up.

Hands down one of the best experiences during this new home move in season. John was GREAT!

Nightmare! My salesman did not know what he was doing. Measured kitchen completely wrong. My installers complained to me that a one day job took 4 1/2 days. This company makes you pay all up front, so I have no recourse. I am still waiting on glass cabinet doors and cabinet hardware which I paid for in March. And my counter… see picture below. A big black spot right in the middle. No one at the company will respond to my concerns. Silence from the company. I am beyond frustrated.

Their team is really good at what they do. the showroom helped me select the perfect cabinet style and color and they came out to the house and measured the space and drew it out. He did a great job working with me and hashing out my plan, and they turned out GREAT!! And I got a great deal. I put these cabinets in an investment property, and I've purchased probably 5 sets in the last 2 or 3 years and this was by far the best experience.

I got my bathroom and kitchen cabinets redone from them, and they just did magic. From consultation to finally completing the cabinets, everything was a smooth ride. Cabinets are amazing quality and customer service was top notch. I ordered white shaker cabinets and they came out beautiful. My sister ordered custom made white shaker cabinets from a local custom shop and they look identical in both appearance and quality to mine. The big difference is I paid 75% less than she did. I will never order kitchen cabinets from anywhere other than Sanels Wholesale Cabinets. A+ 5/5.

Update as of March 31, 2023. Our job is still unfinished and we haven’t heard from anyone from Sanels. We are currently looking into getting an attorney. Please don’t use this company!

Don’t be deceived by their showroom. What you see in the showroom isn’t what you get. Our cabinets were built so poorly! There are gaps and they don’t sit flush. They don’t tell you when you are purchasing your cabinets that they put paneling on the sides of the cabinets. So when our cabinets were delivered they were missing the paneling. The installers didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to, they sent a different set of installers who didn’t have all the information about the job and weren’t able to complete the job. Sanels didn’t send enough scribe for our cabinets so we are still waiting for the scribe to be installed, the bottom door handles to be installed and we are missing a door to be installed as well. All while we keep calling them to try to get answers and no one returns our calls. When we do talk to someone they just pass the blame onto someone else. So we are left with an unfinished job and no answers as to when it will be finished.

Last week, I ordered cabinets for my kitchen and room, delivered successfully by Sanels Wholesale Cabinets. I'm satisfied with the quality and price of the product. Excellent customer service! Everyone loves my new cabinet and gives compliments!

Had a great experience. Cabinets were built per spec. Quality made. Packaging was good. Delivery on schedule. Would use again. At the time they did not do installation. Maybe that's changed. It would provide a complete turnkey job and add more value for their customers.

Sanels Wholesale Cabinets just Great.

Purchase cabinets for my kitchen, receive four cabinets that do not match the other 10. I’ve left messages I have called. I can’t get anybody to call me back and help me. They tell me that I’m wrong and the cabinets do match. Do not purchase cabinets from this place. Worst customer service ever. first photo is the correct cabinet second photo obviously doesn’t match.

I purchased cabinets online from Sanels Wholesale Cabinets! The quality is perfect, and the customer service was outstanding and extremely helpful throughout the process. I don't usually write reviews, but they left me speechless and saved me money and effort. I recommend this company to everyone.

3+ months from the time we ordered cabinets and we still do not have our order completed. Ben, my sales person tells me I need to talk to Amber Freeze in AZ and she never returns calls.
I have also left three messages with customer service and no one returns a call.

I recommend you find another place where you cabinets are built locally and they can give you custom sizes to fit your needs. I'm ready to tear out the cabinets from Sanels and return them.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! 6/6/2022 I purchased kitchen cabinets from Sanels wholesale cabinets. We had the whole kitchen torn up ready to install and we didn’t get any cabinets till 9/10/2022. When we got the cabinets delivered that I paid for and started the install to find out two parts were wrong built and one completely missing piece. They were notified and said they would be ready and replaced asap. We have contacted Sanels wholesale cabinets numerous times over and over and they will lie about when they’ll be done or they’re done or they’re on their way and they never show up. Now we have asked for a refund and they will not refund or answer the phones when we call. They tell us now they’re waiting to be put on the next truck but don’t have a date. We’re still waiting 1/19/2023 and have been pretty much camping in the kitchen, cleaning dishes in the tub and more. Please help this company is the worst!

For my kitchen, I got in touch with Sanels Wholesale Cabinets. I'm thrilled with the design of their unique cabinets. My friends are all in awe of the transformation of my tiny kitchen. Sanels Wholesale Cabinets has helped me with the design, and I'm happy I found them. I also suggest them to all of my friends.

We went to Sanels in Sandy and purchased kitchen cabinets. The quality was good but customer responsiveness was not. Told 4 to 5 weeks, took over 10 and didn’t have cabinets that matched. Since that time Sanels has gone through 3 different management changes. The new management has taken care of our problems, I would give them another chance if I needed cabinets again.

Their customer service is the best! The Sanels Wholesale Cabinets team of experts completes their responsibilities expertly, and they gave me what I wanted. I'm thrilled with the best-quality cabinet that they provided! I would highly recommend them!

My wife and I did a full remodel on our residence,; new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, interior and exterior paint, new garage door, new doors, new windows. All contractors that we dealt with were on time, professional, and responsive. I will sum up my experience dealing with this cabinet company as a “nightmare”. I may even want to use another word, incompetent. The sales team had me order additional materials I didn’t need and didn’t use some of the other material that we had previously ordered even after coming out to the house and measuring. They refused to give me a credit on materials not used based on the error of their sales team and I had to order additional materials to complete the job, once again, the error of the sales team. Dealing with the install team that they outsource to was an absolute nightmare; unresponsive, unprofessional and major delays. All other vendors that I dealt with on my project were on time and a delight to deal with. The quality of the cabinets are middle of the grade; not poor quality, not high-quality, right in the middle, which is what I expected and needed. If you’re going to use these folks, do you research and be prepared. OUCH - PAINfUL ?

I found Sanels Wholesale Cabinets's on google to be the lowest-price and best quality for what I was looking for. They shipped quickly, and though there were a few minor issues, Sanels Wholesale Cabinets resolved them quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

I assembled the bathroom vanity cabinets on my own and I do a lot of hobby woodworking so I had the tools to assemble them (needed an air nailer and clamps). I felt the quality of the cabinets was very good I liked the 1/2 inch sides better than MDF or particleboard in other cabinets that we looked at. I liked the dado cuts so the cabinets should be sturdier than a standard butt joint so that was nice to see when I opened them up. I will need to add some braces on the top so I can attach the wooden countertop I am making and also that will make them a little more rigid. There were no instructions but I was able to find some videos online. The only bad thing is that they took a little longer to get in but it did not affect our remodel.

I had purchased kitchen cabinets from this company on august 6th paid 4051.60, on august 9th purchased counter top for 3295.00. I was told as soon as cabinets get delivered someone would call me the following day to install. it took them 2 weeks before i even got a call. they were finally installed but incorrectly according to the counter top installer. so they had to go back and fix the problem. at the same time i was told they would install my kitchen sink, when counter top installer went to measure for counter top the sink was installed too high. i called to let them know but it seems every time i had an issue I was told they will get back with me at the end of day but no one would. this has been a total nightmare! till this day still waiting to have my kitchen complete. they take there time with install and calling back. not a good company. so disappointed. i will not recommend them
UPDATE: 3/8/2023 Mr. Sanel himself had reached out, came to my home on a Saturday (3/11/2023)morning to address the issue, he apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused and assured me he will make it right. he then went on took some measurements, said he will handle it, promised someone will get back with me Monday morning to schedule the repairs. First thing Monday morning I Received a call from service that they will be out the next day to correct the problem. today 3/23/23 i am happy to say that my project is complete i have beautiful bottom and now upper cabinets. Mr. Sanel himself promised it will get resolved and he is a man of his word. thank you. If you are looking to remodel, i do recommend this company to do you job.

STAY AWAY. My in laws used this company and they have been a nightmare. They charge you more than a hundred dollars for measuring where the cabinets will go. When the order finally came in 2 cabinets were missing . The man who installed them said he had been doing it for 20 plus years but had never heard of putting quarter round where the raw edge of the floor meets the cabinet to hide the massive gaps there. He said the only way to stop the medicine cabinet from scraping the ceiling is to get your drywall guy out here and have him fix that. He apparently had never heard of adjustable hinges because my brother in law fixed it with a screw driver. He left tape on the cabinets in random spots to try to hide damage from shipping and installing. The company does not communicate well when you have questions and have been awful. Please don’t give them your money.

We got gorgeous white shakers and quartz counters for our small kitchen and are satisfied with the quality! There were hiccups with the install of both (as expected in any reno) but our salesperson, Eric, was EXTREMELY personable and communicative, which I really appreciate.

Use this business at your own risk! This business has zero knowledge on what customer service, professionalism, and timely manner means. Not only are they offensive and use derogatory remarks as a joke to address their Hispanic customers. They have no follow through. They have no regard for their customers and do not care to leave customers without kitchens for months and months. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone all they do is push you to email them. You can't get anyone on the phone, doubtful you'll get any help via email. Maybe I'll get a response to this review!
After this review they have asked me to remove my slanderous review and refuse to help my mom any further. This is after the fact that they kicked my mom out of their store and their customer service rep flipped her off in the parking lot. I will not remove my review.

I had a great experience at the Mesa Sanels store. Jon was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to the installation of the kitchen we designed.

We worked with Edward at the Power Rd/Baseline in Mesa, AZ store. He was very helpful and walked us through the process. We have not got pre-made cabinets yet, we are hoping that they are of high quality!

I'm so upset. At first everything was going well, picked out my cabinets, paid cash in full, had an ETA of 9/10, called to get an update, got VM two days in a row, texted my sales person, no call back & no response. Called again twice the following week, and spoke to someone that couldn't give me any answers, was supposed to call me back, never received a callback. Got a hold of someone again today and they promised to call me back by 4 o'clock before their office closes....and big surprise, no callback. She kept saying no problem, no problem....well, it is a problem and I'm feeling like I've been scammed. I recommend anyone considering using this company, proceed with caution.... I now need to drive to Tempe and figure out what is going on... so frustrating. Not the way to conduct business!!

Update: the manager scheduled delivery a couple days following this review. Received my cabinets, delivered over a couple of weeks, but received them. Happy with the product. I'm a person that likes to be kept informed, the unknowing and no call back just makes me nervous. Thanks to the manager for getting this resolved.

I hate Sanels, they are the worst. We placed our order October 7th for cabinets and an island. We still don’t have our complete order. ITS MARCH 14. We were promised 4-6 weeks for these “in stock cabinets” I’ve gotten to the point where I call at least 2x weekly to check on our order and NO ONE can give any information. We’ve gotten the run around for everything, “it’s on the next shipment, we’re waiting for the shipment to be unloaded, let me get back to you by the end of the day” etc.
The cabinets we have in our possession are the wrong size. All the positive reviews must be paid for/fake. I am livid with Sanels and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE not even my worst enemy! RUN from this shady, unresponsive, business!

I ordered cabinets still have not received them was told they where canceled due to an emergency issue they are having then told they reordered them from another vendor mind you I’m already at nine weeks and Briz Razcon and Amber just go circles when asked for a supervisor Amber refuses to give a supervisor. I would never recommend doing business with this company although they are at complete fault for not having my order ready they want to charge me 30% restocking fees for items I have never received smh…. Don’t do business with these people run opposite direction. If I could give no stars that’s what I would give.

We love our new cabinets. They are exactly what we expected, well made and priced competitively.The whole process from ordering to installation went very easily. There was one problem with the glass doors but we resolved that issue.I would definitely recommend this company.

We have been looking for a custom cabinet maker for the last 6 months. A friend of ours recently had Sanels install custom cabinets for them, and we gave them a call. Throughout the process, they made us feel as if we were the only customers they had. They were professional, courteous, very responsive to all our questions and made the entire process go smoothly. I spend over $12,000 on cabinets for my kitchen. Included in that price was the assembly and delivery. Assembly was a nightmare. It was done extremely poorly and my contractor had to fix alot of it. The sides were tightened incorrectly which caused some sides to warp, some of the braces weren't even installed or they were installed but missing screws.
When it was delivered one of the cabinets only had the doors but the actual cabinet was missing, the pull out was missing for a cabinet, and all the wrong handles were delivered.
It took me weeks bugging them non stop to finally get help replacing the missing items. When I actually got them I had to pay my contractor to assemble because they did not assemble them.
I would never use this company again!!!

Do not buy your cabinets here! They are bait and switch lie to your face! No products in stock. What they show you and what they sell you are not the same. They are unresponsive an uninterested once they have your money. They showed us wood shaker cabinets that we ordered and they gave garbage MDF cabinets. They refuse to resolve the matter or even call back. We have a partial order of nothing we ordered and no resolution. This company is the worst. Don’t waste your time or energy buying anything from them!

The response is also garbage. They do not respond and owe us money back. We have an email and a recording from Amber they will refund us our money but they don't answer. We are escalating to the attorney general. Do not buy from this company. They are rotten eggs!

I would RUN THE OTHER WAY, FAR AWAY from this bogus company. Save your thousands and high hopes for other more reliable and proffer companies. This horrific company DOES NOT know how to deliver what you paid for. Wr wasted thousands of dollars and 7 MONTHS in hopes of having our dream cabinets with them. First of all they didn't deliver in time and when they did they gave us the wrong cabinets and accessories. We tried countless times to reach out to them with countless different representatives at our service with NO result at all. AMBER kept promising delivery dates but NOPE not one was legit. Now she is not answering any texts or calls from us! We have started a complaint with the AZ ROC and have blasted them in every social media we have. DO NOT TRUST this company!!! They don't deserve a single freaking star at all... Save yourself the headache, heartache and hard earned money!!!

This is the WORST place to do business with. We ordered our cabinets beginning of April and they still haven’t been delivered. Their customer service is garbage, and they are liars. Dino, Amber, Becky, etc… all liars!! Be warned, they will take your money with false promises and will not deliver on their words. I am already seeking legal help to settle this screw-up of a process they have!

I reached out to the company to pick up cabinets next day and was told it was possible. I was sent a quote. I got a text late and night and told I didn't reach the minimum quantity of cabinets to get wholesale pricing per the owner. So unprofessional. Doesn't say anything anywhere about minimums and why was I quoted?

Internal communication was very chaotic and resulted in delays in my project and having to source materials elsewhere and then they charged me a restocking fee even though it was their error and I could not get a manager to call me despite multiple attempts.

Do not use this company. Extremely friendly when you place your order. However, its been over a month and we can't get our installation completed. Nobody is available in customer service to help and the sales department will not help us resolve the issue. We paid for items that are on back order and requested a refund. We were told no problem. To date, we have yet to receive any refund.

Ordered kitchen cabinets to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Customer service was extremely responsive and assisted with a few changes on our order immediately upon request. We ordered already assembled cabinets. The quality of the cabinets are excellent and very well made.

Don't do business with these people if your in utah. Ben hendon will over promise and under deliver. Absolutely horrible experience. Rick was the only one who tried to help but his hands were tied. Ben will take your money then act like he's doing you a favor. He came and took measurements himself when the cabinets finally showed up they didn't fit, Ben measured wrong yet took no accountability for it and only had our cabinets showed up. A week later the last 1 finally showed up after being told 2 to 3 days. We had to help unload the truck because their guy wouldn't, reschedule the installer 3 times because of Ben. Not once did he call me on the phone to apologize or even explain. When we told them we weren't paying he threatened to call the cops and through some contract in our face. They were paid in full reluctantly by me never once received a call. Awful experience don't use them and don't trust Ben hendon.

Here is an update, they ordered to many cabinets came and took to many away when we showed up to pick it up Ben refused to give it to us because of this bad review on him. They have been paid in full cashed our final check. And are now ignoring us. No one ever answers the phone and I get no contact information here i promise you don't want to do buisness with these people we are now going to small claims court because of poor customer service and no accountability. Absolutely awful then he says if i take my review didn't and sign a contract that I won't give them bad reviews then we can have our last cabinet. No one has even trues from corporate to reach out. So at this point I have to have a custom cabinet built even though I paid for 1 and Sue them to get my money back absolutely awful experience. I won't have my freedom of speech threatened or censored because they failed

I would never use that business again , after 8 weeks I still have not received my cabinets ,I was promised multiple times that it will arrive , they promised 2-4 weeks , and 8 weeks later after we demolished the old kitchen still waiting on the cabinets and every time I call just fake promises and they keep repeating the same thing

The cabinets are beautiful...I purchased white with the navy blue for the island and using gold hardware. Love the soft close, great quality and loved the fact they were ready in 3 weeks! Had a little snafu with a change order but Hanna & Dino reacted quickly to remedy the situation that day! Will definitely use them again for my next project.

I was quoted a Labor Day sale of $743. The sales rep never called me back so I called them and talked to a different sales rep who is now quoting me $1600 for the same exact pantry. Seems like a bait and switch and not happy with the sales experience. They will not honor the sale price.

I had a horrible time in your Tempe location. I ask the guy to help me reimagine my space. He couldn’t walk me through options. He told me I need to know what I want and was more interested in helping the next customer. He did not take the time to walk me through options. Told me to just walk around the store. He was impatient, insensitive and horrible. My home is unexpectedly under siege after a water leak we are living displaced and forced to make a whole bathroom kitchen renovation over night due to damages. And it tested positive for asbestos. It is stressful enough. To go in and have someone so rude was the icing on the cake. I took the time to take exact measurements and drew out of my pantry, kitchen and dining space to bring in hoping for ideas, concepts and possibilities. What a crushing disappointment.

Very happy with my cabinet purchase. The website was easy to navigate and I chose this company Sanels Wholesale Cabinets because of their wide selection. My project was our rec room so it was a small enough project that I was able to design myself.

They quoted me mid Jan for delivery so for times sake I asked about purchasing unassembled cabinets as it would be faster……. No price difference for having to assemble the cabinets myself. I’ll take my money and 3 kitchens worth of business elsewhere. Even though prices are full retail, I would have bought from the salesman Jon, can’t stomach giving the rude owner my business.

They treat their cabinets, employees, contractors and most importantly their customers very well. The finish is perfect, and they walk you through each step. Their facility is crazy impressive. 10/10 experience

After using the folks at Home Improvement Depot for essentially all of the major replacements in our new home we are happy with our experience. We purchased countertops and installation of said countertops from them and there has been much to be desired. The install company that was used for our install was flaky and unreliable. Dino stated that this would be addressed moving forward so I would definitely keep an eye out for that aspect. Otherwise, great experience, great material, great value and lead time.

The beauty of the custom work and the craftsmanship of the cabinets down to the detail of the staff helping you along the way understanding details is so helpful. Especially in every situation. Thanks so much!

Wow! We went to Home Improvement Depot after seeing one of their ads online.

We were amazed by the price, but even more amazed by the quality of the cabinets they sell. These are high quality kitchen cabinets (better quality than big box retailer cabinets) and they look fantastic in our new kitchen.

Unfortunately we wasted our time here. After a months of design and planning turns out they don’t have in stock what they designed for our home. Reading all the other awful reviews in the end I’m glad we didn’t end up spending 20k here and went with a reputable company instead that actually had better prices. They are not competitive and the material is mediocre.

Quality Cabinets, their design team can easily configure exactly what you want. I am difficult and they took the time to arrange everything how I wanted. Delivered completely assembled. ***ASSEMBLY WAS FREE***

I would not recommend this business-poor quality, poor customer service especially the arrogant owner’s son Dino who can’t communicate and won’t make things right. It took months to get things straightened out and a lot of work on my end.

I could have given negative but there is no option. Highly unprofessional, not customer friendly . And need etiquette class before they are allowed to open places like these. On top prices are not competitive either . I won’t be surprised if they close soon .

Rude and unprofessional

Cabinets are made well and installed in a day. I was skeptical because of some off reviews but I’ve had nothing but good results. Jacee was great to work with, very responsive, and made sure we had a good experience. I would highly recommend Sanels and Jacee and plan to use them for our laundry remodel as well.
