The lady that cleaned my house was very nice and on time she was actually waiting on me to show up. By the time she was done my little apartment was as clean as the day I moved in.

We’ve booked three cleanings through Queen of Maids and each house cleaning has been great. I like having the option to book my appointment online as well. It just makes things nice and easy.

We’ve had a couple different teams and they have always been very professional. The office gave us a call to follow up and see how the cleaning went. Very professional and good service.

We love Sara and Wave House Cleaning. Once a month, Sara comes and cleans the house, and I look forward to that day every month. She cleans the showers, the mirrors, inside the microwave, on top of the fans, the top of the stove - basically everywhere that, if not for her, would likely accumulate filth and dust in our hectic house (3 kids, 2 full-time jobs, plus graduate school). I have used this company a few times, and they deliver every single time! I had old dirty carpet when I first moved in and they got it so clean! I was definitely satisfied, now I have them come just to do regular cleaning and I would definitely recommend! This will be my go to company for anything I need cleaned!

We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
