They were great! I was honestly shocked at the things they were able to get clean (stuff I had tried myself to get clean for ages and deemed impossible). Moving is a nightmare and I had gotten like 2 hours of sleep, but the maids and the phone dispatch were all very patient and kind even though I was a stressed hot mess. My apartment was in BAD shape after 7 years (my spouse and I aren't great at cleaning in the best of times, and it had been an especially tough year). Things were definitely neglected, the worst culprit being greasy buildup on the stove, walls, and shelves. There were also hard water stains on the kitchen sink, and mildew and soap scum in the shower that I could never seem to vanquish. Maid Easy contacted me mid-way through the cleaning to ask permission to make this a heavy clean which doubles the cleaning time (and quite increases the price). I was a little hesitant, worried about a bait-and-switch, but I agreed to the bigger clean and I'm so glad that I did! Gaudelia and Michelle were excellent at their jobs. They showed me problem areas that couldn't be cleaned any further due to wear, offered recommendations on what needed painting over, and were very nice when I very nosily asked omg, how did you clean that? I tried everything! The end result seemed like a miracle, and I am so pleased with this service. I have already recommended them to a friend, and am looking forward to using them again for regular, non-apocalyptic service in my new apartment.

Recently used Wave House Cleaning when I moved into my new apartment. I was in a hurry to move in so my landlord didn't have time to finish cleaning the place. I bit off a little more than I could chew in the decision so I decided to find a cleaning company that could help me out. I contacted Wave and was surprised with how friendly and reasonably priced they were as well as how quickly they were able to get over and do a thorough job, I was able get it done while I was at work and came back to a sparkling clean apartment. Will definitely use in the future!

We've been with maid right about 10 months now and we have had 4 different cleaning crews. The last one was so bad, they didn't even dust the fans, baseboards, banisters or scrub the tubs and toilets.

They basically got used to our money and started slacking off.

Called them in the morning to start service at my apartment and they were out that afternoon. The maids did an excellent, thorough job. Couldn't have been better!

I was super impressed by their professionalism and quality of service! They submitted a quote right after visiting my place, kept in touch before our appointment and were on time. They cleaned my home while I was attending several Zoom meetings back-to-back and they were quiet, discreet, respectful of my needs at that particular moment (without my saying anything at all to them) and did an outstanding job, quickly and effective! In addition to all that, they were also the nicest people. Will not use anyone else going forward!

I highly recommend Molly Maids of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley. They are professional, reliable, and easy to work with when I need a schedule change. They do a excellent job cleaning and are in and out within one hour.

The women worked hard, did a great job, were very respectful and courteous. Company sent a supervisor to check work while they were here. Really glad I hired them and so happy they both spoke english so there were no communication problems.

Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.

Peak Cleaning Service is very professional. From the quality of the cleaning to communication. I especially like how they sync with our calendars and make the booking process very easy. I am very satisfied with their service.

Wonderful people to work with, I love the girls that come to my house to clean especially Lusia, great girl who knows her stuff. Debra in the office is also great to work with to set up the schedule of the cleaning!!!! They do a wonderful job...my husband just said to me, I never knew how clean, clean was till the ladies were here. I would not recommend this company at all. I paid $300 for a cleaning and the floors were still dirty, things weren't dusted, countertops were the way I left them. Plus, they were supposed to be at my place in the morning; I came home from work at 4:30 and there was still someone here with the job half done! I was having company that evening. I complained and got a second cleaning that was just as worthless as the first. AND, I was told they'd be here in the morning. Again, I came home from work at 4:30 to find them still here. They also won't refund all of my money.
