Best Kitchen Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

I have been nothing but pleased with how professional and kind each and every maid pro worker has been. Celia makes the best beds! They are so nice, that I don't want to sleep in them! Octavio is the best in vacuuming my house. Marley is a peach too! The only feedback of improvement I could suggest, would be the communication with the administration. Angela has been a great help! She is always on time and does a great job. As a working mom who is also in college, I don’t have a lot of time to keep up on regular cleaning. Angela has been extremely helpful by giving me peace of mind that while my house may be a wreck, the bathroom is clean.

I asked them to do a Deep Clean as i have not been able to do anything for awhile. They were great - paid close attention to detail and did all i asked for. Will be using them again Elva with Team #10 was awesome.

We have 2 rental units in Tempe that ASU students rent. After they move out for the year the places can be an absolute disaster! We always call Maid Complete to get everything into tip top shape for the next renter and they never fail to impress us. Would highly recommend them. The one time we thought they missed a spot in a bathroom they were very apologetic and sent the cleaner back the same day. It’s hard to find that level of customer service nowadays.
