Definitely hiring again. Added custom upstairs hallway nook, new floor boards, spare room barn doors and new stair wrap-around railing. 5 Stars for their pricing and finish-quality. Hopefully more home improvement in the works for the master bathroom and downstairs area.

With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!!
