I love Lupe! She is a familiar face and does a fantastic job. I have considered changing the day of our cleaning, but am afraid that we won't be able to keep Lupe. Everyone is very friendly and understanding when they have to clean around the kids.

Prompt communication, and really easy to make changes to my cleaning reservation after booking. Arrived within the 1-hour time window, and did a very thorough job.

We have used Sean Harrison and his Arizona Cleaning for almost a year. Prior to that we would use single independent cleaners. We were happy with the results. However now that we use Arizona Cleaning, we would not go back to a single independent. There are several differences. Firstly Sean runs a very professional company. His cleaning methods are logical and consistent. The equipment is first class. Most importantly however is the fact he uses four people to completely clean our home in around two hours. We have well over 3,000 sq ft. They provide one of the very best cleaning services that we have experienced.

Accommodating, pays attention to details, we were given feedback/comment booklets, Tom & Shannon are extremely polite, respectful people.

Young lady was both professional and pleasant. My apartment had not been cleaned since the end of April because of my surgeries. It has made my day so much better ?

This was the first time I’ve had my own home professionally cleaned. Rachel and Zechia did an absolutely amazing job and it was great coming home to a perfectly cleaned space. I cannot wait for them to come back.

Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. She leaves and doesn’t arrive until after 6pm with no partner. Two hours later the downstairs is no where near finished and she still needs to do the upstairs etc. Came to find out she had left again without notifying us- she leaves our garage door open and arrives back acting very strung out. At this point we are exhausted because it’s after 8:30pm waiting for this cleaning to be finished. Our move-out service is clearly not going to be completed with in the next hour and I’m not going to allow this to drag out any longer. Obviously this employee is unprofessional and given the time as it’s so late in the evening, we ask her to leave. Overall, this service was a dumpster fire and I’m very disappointed. Money and time wasted!!
