First visit was a success so we plan to use bi-weekly service. Been using for 6 months and they consistently inform me when they are on the way to clean my son’s apartment. If they cannot clean, I receive a call to reschedule. Would recommend to friends and family.

Horrible. Absolutely the worst experience and I will never use this company again. If you want your house clean find someone else who will actually do the work you paid for.

We are in the process of selling our house, and I thought it would be nice to have “professional” cleaners come in and tidy the place up. The appointment was scheduled for Monday (5/13) and the cleaners were supposed to be there for five hours. They left a hour and a half early, which at the time I didn’t think much of it. Once I arrived to look at the “work” done I found the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the kitchen floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, the kitchen cabinets that I paid extra for were not cleaned.. which left me wondering what they actually did for the time they were actually there. On the plus the managed to clean the fridge and oven but even those had soap stains.

I called and told Maria what I previously mentioned and she assured someone else would come out and clean up what was missed. They would come out Tuesday morning to get this taken care of. Tuesday afternoon I go to the house and find again the kitchen floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, and the cabinets haven’t been cleaned. I paid $450 for these services... I shouldn’t have to check their work or follow up repeatedly to get the services I am paying for.

I called Maria on Tuesday night and advised I didn’t want them to come back. I would clean the remaining items myself as I can’t keep stopping potential buyers from looking at the house because they can’t do the job I hired them for. Oh yes, to add insult to the whole situation we had folks wanting to look at our house but because of them we had to turn them down. Their response to this whole situation was we will take $45.00 off the total bill.

At the end of the day I paid a total of $405 and I get to go to my house and clean the cabinets, sweep and mop the kitchen floor when I hired them to take care of this for me. $45 dollars doesn’t even cover the hassle of dealing with this nonsense. I shouldn’t have to stand over you to get things completed. The items I paid for were on the contract I signed... apparently giving their maids a list of things to do is hard. Let’s see if I even get the $45 back because their work ethic wasn’t honest, how could anything else be?

Jolene and Kourtanie always do a great job cleaning my house. They show up on time and are very dependable. Most importantly, they are careful not to let my Beagle Sadie escape. She loves to run and it's a chase to get her back. She waits for them at the door and supervises them while they work. Sometimes Kylie the Quality Assurance person comes by. Sadie wags her tail for her too. Sadie thinks they just come here to see her, but they do an excellent job of cleaning my place. Sadie thinks they are worth five stars and I agree.

I have been nothing but pleased with how professional and kind each and every maid pro worker has been. Celia makes the best beds! They are so nice, that I don't want to sleep in them! Octavio is the best in vacuuming my house. Marley is a peach too! The only feedback of improvement I could suggest, would be the communication with the administration. Other than that, I am happy with their consistency in schedule. Thank you Maid Pro!

We had Chelsea come out to do a deep clean in our new home before we move in. She arrived right on time, early in the morning, and she and another lady worked really hard for about 3 hours cleaning our home from top to bottom. Booking was super easy, we found this company through Yelp and they had great reviews, and I was able to contact them there and get a call from Josh with information to book. Now, once I can convince my husband that we need recurring cleanings I will hire them for that, too!

I wish I knew about them sooner. Recently moved out of my apartment and they did an amazing job on such a dirty place. I got my full security deposit back!
