I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. Highly recommend!

I needed a a small light fixture and a chandelier to be exchange at my residence. The ceiling height for the chandelier was only 18 ft. The gentleman who did the quote was courteous and respectful however the quote was highly OVERPRICED. I eventually swicthed out the staircase light fixture myself and is workng on chandelier.

THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

George Brazil replaced our water heater 2 years ago and has a 6 year warranty. It broke and the company came to replace today on Sunday during their normal business hours. They charged us $875 to repair and thats a discounted price!! They said the unit was covered but NOT the labor! He was here for approx 2 hours so that is roughly $450 an hour!!! Beware! We will not be suing them again. You can buy a new water heater at Lowes cheaper and their install is only $500!!

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.
