I have used Aether Facility Services for almost a year now. As a property manager of a luxury community in Central Phoenix, I found it difficult to locate a company that offered an all in one approach to my business needs. From the office staff to the teams that they send to my property, I can expect nothing less than the absolute best from this company and their service providers. I currently use Aether for my Porter Service 40 hours a week, my common area property cleans three times a week, and my valet trash service. I'm a property manager in downtown PHX, I hired Clean Towers window cleaning for our 4th floor common area. They were able to use our anchors on the roof in order to descend to the glass. I will be calling back in the spring.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
