Leslie’s team has been cleaning my Airbnb for the past few months and they always do an INCREDIBLE job. My guests comment on the cleanliness every single time, without a doubt! The attention to detail is extremely important to me, especially with Covid, no one wants to stay in an Airbnb that is not spotless. Leslie’s team always delivers!! These guys are amazing they’re punctual and very clean and professional . Michael walked me thru the entire process from start to finish and they took pictures of all my ducts to show me how dirty they were then showed me what they looked like after they were clean which no company has done before very trustworthy . May I also add very friendly and made feel like family would totally recommend these guys

Great cleaners

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

The peak team is very friendly, professional, and reliable - all key things that are critical for a short term rental cleaning company. The quality of the work is very good overall and on the occasional time it’s not, they’re very responsive to fix it immediately and care deeply about making things right. That’s a winning formula! I work mostly with Lexi & Alexus and they’re both incredible people! I recommend peak 100%

I have been using Chiapas for about 4 years. Maria is amazing! Always dependable, very trustworthy and does an exceptional job every month! I trust her 100%! She has a key to my home and locks it up when she is done. She does not miss a thing and goes above and beyond to clean my home perfectly! She pays attention to every detail and cleans as if it was her own home. I would highly recommend her and the company to anyone! 5 stars is not enough….she deserves so many more stars!

Great work and friendly at a very affordable price

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.
