This company is amazing. I have used them three times for move in cleaning in the last year. They are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.

Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again. CBN has been cleaning our medical office on a daily basis for the past three years. We have been happy with the services that they provide. Their staff have been trustworthy and reliable.
