He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. They kept us informed along the way, and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Our first time trying this company and Deep Clean went so well that we are now a regular customer! This was the worst money I have ever spent. I have had my house cleaned twice a month since we moved in unfortunately my cleaning lady I’ve used for years relocated. I came across Peak Cleaning and thought I’d give them a go. It had been about a month since my house was cleaned professionally, my husband and I keep and very clean and tidy house. In the lapse of a house cleaner we still cleaned ie. vacuumed, moped, dusted, cleaned surfaces, toilets etc. So when I called and they suggested a ‘deep clean’ I thought it sounded like a good idea. I spent 3 times the amount I spent with my previous cleaning lady and got the same if not worse results. Not sure what they think a deep clean is but if it means that I have to go back over what they did or missed (even after they sent someone back out to fix what the first crew did) then I guess their description is accurate. And on top of everything they asked me to pay more than what I was quoted because the first crew spent more time at my house without getting approval from Peak Cleaning to go over their time! I’m embarrassed at what I spent with them and extremely disappointed. And heads up everyone they use are subcontracted.

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Owen is the best home cleaner ever! He is so thorough, thoughtful and reliable. He’s got such a good energy about him, it’s a pleasure to have him come over on cleaning days. He always goes above and beyond with his work, we’ve always been so happy with our house after he leaves.

CBN has been cleaning our medical office on a daily basis for the past three years. We have been happy with the services that they provide. Their staff have been trustworthy and reliable. In addition to the daily cleaning, we have them do our carpet and tile cleaning when needed. I give them 5 stars for their work and for their great communication when needed.

Dan was very professional and came with same day notice. I am very pleased with his work and knowledge. 5 stars!

They are very friendly and do everything right

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

I worked for this cleaning company 2 weeks ago. Everyday I worked I asked for hiring paperwork to be established with the company and obviously for being paid for working and would be told tomorrow we will have it over and over again by the manager Andrew who is the Owners son. On payday I asked for a paycheck and he refused to pay me stating I cannot prove I worked for the company as they never documented it. I have filed a claim with the Arizona Labor Board, a complaint with the BBB, reached out to a manager at Robertson’s Fuel Systems located at 800 W Carver Rd #101 Tempe, AZ 85284 which is where this company cleans M-F 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
