Had an Airbnb guest bring a pet into my listing and wanted to remove any traces of alergens. Queen of maids was able to schedule an appointment on short notice for an extensive deep clean - they were very empathetic and warm on phone which maid my day (apologies for the corny pun.)

The cleaner was punctual, polite, responsive to my requests and instructions. She did an excellent job - thoroughly deep cleaned the place and even did some extras (external windows, sweeping porch) - all under the estimated time so I actually ended up paying less! Very happy with the service and experience overall. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Their team is the most considerate and efficient group to come and free up my family's time. The checklist they follow and our personal instructions and preferences are followed every single time. Nothing is left undone.

Elisabeth - who took my initial calls - was extremely thorough in explaining all of the processes and expectations. That very day, within an hour, she arranged for the owner to come to our home to do a walkthrough and estimate. Brian could not have been nicer! He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. They kept us informed along the way, and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Our first time trying this company and Deep Clean went so well that we are now a regular customer! Health Point Cleaning Solutions offers a janitorial service that I can trust. Their use of safe and non-toxic cleaning products gives me peace of mind, especially with kids at home.

I asked them to do a Deep Clean as i have not been able to do anything for awhile. They were great - paid close attention to detail and did all i asked for. Will be using them again Elva with Team #10 was awesome.

Our contracted custodian through Stratus is amazing and we have yet to have a negative experience with him. He is always available, whether it be a scheduled appointment or a last minute change in plans. He truly relieves so much stress in the setting up and breaking down of our events each week.

I never post reviews. Nor have I ever experienced service this terrible. Janpro obviously cares about 1 thing and that's their bottom line. They don't care if they lose customers because they know they get new ones as fast as they lose them.
The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site (and they work), they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us.
As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business.
Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.

Team was prompt, professional and courteous. Our team was efficient and went above and beyond expectations. Booking is easy and the office can be reached via text, email or phone which I love the flexibility in communication style! A little pricier than others but the quality of work makes up for it.
