As a property manager, I had the unfortunate experience of having a residential house cleaner I had scheduled cancel due to an injury on the day of a move-in. After calling several companies listed online and either getting voicemails or looped into the automated attendant black hole, Bruni Aguilar was one of the few that actually answered the phone. It was so very fortunate that not only was I was able to converse with a live person to explain my situation, but it was a huge bonus she was able to offer me a late afternoon cleaning the same day! When I arrived at the property at the scheduled time to meet her and the crew at the property to introduce myself and give her my business card, the crew must have arrived early and was already there performing the professional services. The tenants at the property provided feedback that the cleaning was well above what they had expected, and it was done very professionally! They were happy with the final product, a very clean interior, and I was extremely grateful that it was able to be done on the same day since it was close to the holidays where demand for cleaning services is high. I would definitely call on Arizona Housekeeping Service again. Thank you Bruni!

Highly recommend Leslie's Cleaning. She was easy to work with from the very beginning. She worked around our family's schedule and the cleaning lady was punctual. My home was spotless by the time the job was done.

Don't be fooled! They advertise 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' Really?? I have marble floors one of their cleaners ran an electric vacuum over it leaving many scratches. I emailed pictures and my daughter even saw the woman do it. When I called the Owner Jill she put me on hold called the cleaner who last cleaned my home and then proceeded to say No she says she didn't do that and we aren't liars Why would I make this up we only wear slippers in my home. How unprofessional and as a business owner advertising Satisfaction Guarantee honor that, and wouldn't you at least drive to my home to see the damage. But no she proceeded to say I was a liar. Wow! Good luck cuz if you use them you'll need it!

The crew at Arizona Cleaning is professional and thorough. They really care about their customers and the homes they clean. And it’s so nice to enjoy my home after they’ve been here!

We have been using Maid Right for years and no matter who comes to clean, the end result has been a perfectly clean home. We have always been happy with Maid Right.

The Maid Brigade means well but falls short. The maids were chronically later than their appointment time. The maids made comments about the temperature we keep our air conditioner at which lead to one of the maids physically turning our air down 7 degrees when there was no one home, violating our trust. The company did nothing but inform us the maids would be spoken to. That same maid was sent back to our home the next cleaning after the company guaranteed that maid would not be sent to our home again. The cleaning was very light and our home never smelled clean after they cleaned it which could be due to the green cleaners yet still a nice fragrance would be appreciated. Lastly there was huge inconsistencies in the cleanings that even our young children recognized and complained about.

This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. We want to recognize Anahi for her hard work, her attention to every detail in making our house spotless, and her overall professionalism. Thank you Ramirez and Thank You Anahi.

My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning.

I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust.

I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday.

On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?”

I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it.

I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work.

I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email.

Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them.

They were friendly and worked quickly but did a very good job.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

Our company switched over to Health Point Cleaning Solutions just over a year ago and cannot be happier with the quality of work they do. They cost less and do higher quality cleaning that any other company we have used. We would have no qualms recommending them to anyone looking for a recommendation of a top notch professional Medical office Cleaning Services to use.
