We have used Sean Harrison and his Arizona Cleaning for almost a year. Prior to that we would use single independent cleaners. We were happy with the results. However now that we use Arizona Cleaning, we would not go back to a single independent. There are several differences. Firstly Sean runs a very professional company. His cleaning methods are logical and consistent. The equipment is first class. Most importantly however is the fact he uses four people to completely clean our home in around two hours. We have well over 3,000 sq ft. They provide one of the very best cleaning services that we have experienced.

I have been using Wave for six months now. As someone who works daily with cleaning and sanitation, my expectations are very high. They have never disappointed me and I will continue to help drive their new customers.

The cleaning staff did a great job! They were on time, pleasant to talk to and worked efficiently to get the house clean.

The Maid Brigade means well but falls short. The maids were chronically later than their appointment time. The maids made comments about the temperature we keep our air conditioner at which lead to one of the maids physically turning our air down 7 degrees when there was no one home, violating our trust. The company did nothing but inform us the maids would be spoken to. That same maid was sent back to our home the next cleaning after the company guaranteed that maid would not be sent to our home again. The cleaning was very light and our home never smelled clean after they cleaned it which could be due to the green cleaners yet still a nice fragrance would be appreciated. Lastly there was huge inconsistencies in the cleanings that even our young children recognized and complained about.

I was highly impressed with the service Anais and her team provide. They where on time, with face masks and gloves ready to clean my home. I am a fan! Thank you for making sure this single guy has a clean home! Highly appreciated and recommended!

The girls at Perfectionist have always been wonderful to us! They clean everything perfectly and pay close attention to details. I love the little things they do as well such as making the tissues look like flowers and the towels folded really cute! They are truly the best!

I’m a relatively new homeowner and had no idea what to expect from having my home power washed. American Maintenance Professionals are just that! Professional. They were quick to respond to every inquiry. They showed on time. They followed the notes left by the office to lock my back gate etc. I got home and pulled into my carport and was instantly glad I had the house washed. I hadn’t even gotten out of my car and was already impressed. I continued being impressed as I walked around to my front door and patio. I kept saying aloud to myself how much I loved it! I will definitely call them again for services.

I have been using Chiapas for about 4 years. Maria is amazing! Always dependable, very trustworthy and does an exceptional job every month! I trust her 100%! She has a key to my home and locks it up when she is done. She does not miss a thing and goes above and beyond to clean my home perfectly!
