Created more issues than I started with, ended up having to call another company to fix what they did. Left my carpets soaking wet for 2 days. Still have sore throat from the deodorizer they tried to u to cover up the poor job they did to begin with. I wouldn't even give them the 1 star listed.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
