We bought a house in Avondale Az. and the people had lived there for almost 15 years. As you can imagine the house was very dirty. Mary maids sent out two girls to clean and it took them 4 hours to get it done, i and my wife were very pleased with there work. But as you can guess something always gos wrong, but this is exactly why I am writing this review. One of the girls broke a little piece off on the micro wave. It looked like a $10.00 item so I told her not to worry. Two weeks later I finally received the part, looked on YouTube how to install it. First remove the micro from the wall and disassemble complete front of micro. Approximately 3 hour to fix well I freaked. Thats when I called Jennifer at Marry maids. Jennifer could not have bent over backwards more to help me. She called Kitchen Aid to find a repairman and he was out that week end. To me this is what makes a company great is how they handle lifes little mistakes. So for the cleaning crew I give them a 10, and for Jennifer in customer service i give her a 15.

I absolutely love my team. They are always on time, very efficient and leave my house nice and clean. I trust them very much.

I booked them to clean a home we purchased because we have a newborn and they made our move perfect. My wife was really scared at all the people who had been in the home during the showings and this easy treatment made it much less scary. They were priced great and came out right away. I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.

I gave this business a 1 because the cleaning lady was professional,
polite and on time (actually few minutes early). I think my contact with the business started out good as the owner seem polite and helpful. I know there are always two sides to these reviews so rather than go into a long drawn out explaination i’ll provide some detailed along with the photos of the cleaning I took approximately 20 minutes after cleaning lady left and sent to the owner. I paid 400 dollars for a “move in” cleaning service. Shame on me for not clarifying and assuming that cupboards would be wiped out, ceiling fans would be dusted, counters would be completely wiped down etc. I recently purchased the home so it was empty. It wasn’t really that dirty but i wanted that ahhhhh factor when we moved in. Unfortunately what i got was subpar cleaning and not worth 400 dollars not even close. I’ve never paid for this service and if this is what i can expect from a cleaning service based on the fact that the owner later told me the cleaning lady sent him before and after photos of what was cleaned as part of a move in cleaning I probaly will just do it myself. The owner did refund me 50 dollars on the cleaning which i felt was not an exceptable refund. I don’t know if you see this review the photos and judge for yourself. I will not use this company again.

We decided to try a new cleaning company for our home in SCW. We found Dirt Busters on Nextdoor and they so many great reviews we gave them a call. From our initial conversation with Adriana to having Rachel and Hanna in our home to clean to Chris' follow up, we could not be more pleased. Everyone has been very professional and respectful. Rachel and Hanna arrived when scheduled, they cleaned very quietly and efficiently which we greatly appreciate as we both work from home. Our home was cleaned top to bottom with great care and to high standards. We very much appreciate feeling appreciated as Client's. We would highly recommend Dirt Busters House Cleaning based on our experiences so far.

OMG - Do Not Use These People!!!

They have virtually zero contact with the people that come to your home. They are hired in blind interviews and send on jobs, into people's homes without Ever having met the people they work for.

Shane in the office is super nice, however; he's not the one that does your house. God forbid you have an issue and you get to deal with Dennis the manager. What a total jerk!! They ran my card for charges
2 1/2 months after I cancelled. When I called Dennis to discuss the issue he decided to hang up on me. Finally I received credit by going through my card company and 2 weeks after that was resolved, they did another charge on my card which I again had removed by contesting with my card company.

Do Not give them your credit card as they feel they have a right to charge it whenever they want, for any amount they want, without ever contacting you. Buyer Beware! Watch you statements, Dennis is total SLIME!!!
