I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

Over the past 20 years, I lived through 5 major home renovation projects in my previous home. After interviewing multiple contractors for an extensive master bath reconfiguration in my new home, I knew that “Just Remodel“ was the real deal. They had competitive pricing and were clearly knowledgeable about the work needing to be done. I specifically asked who would be on the job. I learned that Don, the owner, would be working and supervising. That sealed the deal! Throughout the process, I was impressed that Don was readily available to problem solve the surprises that always come with renovation. The work of “Just Remodel” has stood the test of time, and, five years later, I remain delighted with my beautiful bath. I was so pleased with the results that I subsequently chose the company to remodel my kitchen and, later, for a guest bath face lift. I highly recommend Don Hughes and “Just Remodel.”

We had our bathrooms remodeled. Floyd and Cameron were are installers. Very nice people and always on time. Cleaned up every day. Very happy with the results.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. Holtzman home improvement helped manage this process in life and in mind. The result was great... Just like most good things in this world, you get what you pay for! The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

Owning a construction company we frequently need cabinets and we have been working with Jeff for almost five years now. Jeff is the kind of person that we can send customers to, to pick out cabinets, and we know that they will be well taken care of.
