From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

When we decided to remodel our house that we just purchased in Scottsdale, we hired the Luxury Remodels Company. Their creative and experienced team exceeded all our expectations with their work. Shannon and his crew did a wonderful job on our remodel which included putting in an all new guest bathroom and laying new floor tile in the kitchen and sunroom. All members of his crew were always very professional, very skilled, very considerate and a pleasure to work with. They all worked closely with us to make sure the end product was exactly what we wanted and Shannon was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. As other reviewers have said, he exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier with how the projects turned out and Shannon will be our go to guy for any future home improvements.

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Today, Lew came to do plumbing work and a little on dry wall. He was organized, on-time, and did a great job. We've used Handyman Connection many times in the past and always have had a good experience with this organization!

Jon with Maple Avenue Construction is an absolute dream to work with. We chose Jon for our kitchen remodel and is was the best decision we could have made. This was our first major remodel and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always made sure we were in the loop of what was happening. He gave advice that elevated the results of the remodel. The results were everything I could have hoped for and more. I have the kitchen of my dreams! They also redid our fireplace and made custom shelving. The whole space is beautiful and perfect. Jon went to bat for us when we hired someone to clean ourl floors and damaged some of the finishes in the kitchen. Every single person who came into our home was top notch and we felt very comfortable with everyone we met. Conrad is Jon’s right hand man and does amazing, amazing work and deserves a shout out! We chose Maple Avenue Construction because, yes they do great work. But the bigger reason was because we could tell instantly Jon was a good person. Our gut was spot on, you will not find a better contractor!

Our guest bathroom remodel was recently completed by the McCurdy Construction team. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From our first encounter with Greg Streeter to our final inspection by Mike McCurdy, Leyda, Greg and Rob we were impressed with their quick response times, positive attitude and their skills at executing exactly what we asked them to do. They transformed a mundane space into a beautiful one! The job was completed on schedule and we are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend this company without reservation and look forward to working with them again in the future.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

Found some superb deals on paint & other things for the outside of the house, and a gorgeous sideboard at the best price we'd seen anywhere! Now we check ReStore first when we start a project.

Republic West staff and contractors were great to work with and resulted in a completed kitchen project on time and on budget! New granite counter tops, rock back splash, lighting, etc. We are so happy with the end result.
