Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

Our experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath couldn't have been better! Randy was helpful, responsive and wonderful to work with. The delivery and installation teams were flexible working with us on the delivery and installation process. During the installation, he even corrected some existing cabinets that were installed incorrectly!

We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. We highly recommend Ardan Construction and would use them again!

Danny is a meticulous and precise worker. He pays very close attention to detail and will make your home project look amazing. He is fabulous at his craft and has a good eye for layout and design. Thanks to Superior Home Remodeling we have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier!

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I went to their showroom and was really impressed with all that they could do. Tracy was so helpful in my quest to pick out a countertop to go with my floor, walls, and cabinets. I am not good at these things but she is. I love my countertops. I was on a limited budget so could not take advantage of all they offer but what I got I am completely satisfied with. I love my new sink too. The tech that came out to make the template and installers were great, personable, efficient, and very professional while they turned my dream kitchen into a reality. Very much recommend this company Granite Transformation!

Cornerstone Cabinets came to my home in Scottsdale and performed a full kitchen remodel. This included a full kitchen cabinet makeover, along with brand new Marlam granite countertops. We would like to acknowledge the fine workmanship and very professional treatment we have received from Praveen Puranam and his Custom Creative remodeling team.
In August 2014, Praveen and his team did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The work consisted of removal of a garden style bathtub, installing an elongated glass enclosed shower, retiling the floors, replacement of mirrors and lighting fixtures and sink basins, upgrading all plumbing features, and replaced the large bathroom window with glass block. The room was also repainted in grey tones to finish the upgrade. This remodeling effort won a national award.

Pat and I were so pleased with Praveen and Custom Creative that we had them upgrade the counter tops and sink basins in the guest bathroom and powder room to match the master bath upgrade. This work was performed in
December 2014.

We moved to a new home in January 2016. This home featured carpeting in the master bedroom, the mother-in-law suite and the office. We wanted the home to be completely finished in same 20 inch tile throughout. Praveen was able to locate a cache of tile from the same original run to complete our tile floors. His team removed all the existing carpeting, prepared the foundation flooring and installed the tile. All the work performed was completed in a timely and most professional manner. There was very minimal impact on our daily routine while the tiling work was performed.

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Republic West Widows and Doors was a terrible company! Does not honor their lifetime warranty, I guess that's why they're no longer in business because now they are under new ownership. Republic West Remodeling doesn't even want to work on their bad installation, even if I pay out of pocket because the job is less than $35k.
What a scam!

We contracted with sunset tile & bath to remodel one of our bathrooms.Mark created a detailed plan of the project, helped us with picking out the right materials and fixtures. on the contract he listed exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. The project was started on the date promised and completed when promised, even though we added additional work. all the workers were very professional and courteous. the project turned out far better than we had anticipated.we couldn't be more satisfied. we would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.
