I was initially disappointed with the post-installation support I received from Larson. They had done a fantastic job of helping me pick out a new AC unit and then installing it. However, the installation caused a very disruptive strobe light reflection to go through a significant portion of my home. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
