Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

My husband and I recently completed a home remodel through Phoenix Home Remodeling that included replacement of the living room floor, new kitchen, laundry room and master bath. They were recommended to us through a blog that services my daughter’s neighborhood in Gilbert. We did do our due diligence and got 4 estimates but ultimately chose Phoenix Home Remodeling. We found the company to be reputable with clear and honest communication throughout the process. They updated us with any changes to the original plan/pricing and finished the project within their estimated timeframe. Most importantly, they were sensitive to our concerns about the safety of our home and were respectful of the condition of our home. We would most definitely use them again for another home remodeling project.

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

We had to make many decisions throughout our renovation, but our first decision was our best- to hire Superior Home Remodeling to do the job! We added a master suite and remodeled the existing kitchen and baths of our 1950’s ranch. Dan and Danny did an amazing job and we are beyond thrilled with our home! Working with Dan and Danny (as well as their subcontractors) was easy! Forthright, patient, reliable, meticulous, proficient and courteous are words that come to mind. Some decisions were overwhelming with so many options available but Dan guided us toward the best choices for our budget. Danny helped us design a beautiful niche over our kitchen sink(previously a window), and it turned out amazing. A big concern is always the time frame. Our project was done as promised and on time. We found this company at the home show. The owner and his designer came to our home to view the areas to be remodeled and we set an appointment to visit their office to review the plans and estimate. We traveled from our home in Glendale to their office in N.Scottsdale and he did not show.
Such a waste of our time and gas, especially on a valuable Saturday morning. We called him and he did not have us on his schedule. We told him to disregard our business and left.
This company and owner are irresponsible, don't waste your time too.

Walking in I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but Doug (the charming gentleman that assisted me) was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what my options were. I appreciated his insight and great design ideas. Although I wasn't able to proceed with the process, I did really appreciate the attention I was given. Will definitely consider coming back when I'm ready to move forward.
