Phoenix Home Remodeling did our master bath remodel and we were very pleased with the process and the results. From the planning to the final walkthrough everything was done in professional and courteous manner. The quality of work was superb and the finished product was exactly how it was designed. Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

I went to their showroom and was really impressed with all that they could do. Tracy was so helpful in my quest to pick out a countertop to go with my floor, walls, and cabinets. I am not good at these things but she is. I love my countertops. I was on a limited budget so could not take advantage of all they offer but what I got I am completely satisfied with. I love my new sink too. The tech that came out to make the template and installers were great, personable, efficient, and very professional while they turned my dream kitchen into a reality. We've used and referred Arizona cabinets out to several friends they've always done an amazing job. They are prompt and responsive, which is hard to find in a contractor. They do outstanding work.

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. Y'all ROCK!!

Shopped around prior to coming to Superior. Their prices were more reasonable and sales rep Doug Parry was most helpful, answering all my questions and helping me make a decision on my bath vanity and quartz top. Had a small hiccup with vanity install, but he immediately got on it and got issue resolved satisfactorily. Vanity and quartz top look very nice.

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

All Hail Micah!! I was very happy with my entire experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath but Micah has definitely raised the bar. My original salesman told me it was no hurry to return a faucet I didn’t like and pick up some additional trim pieces. Life being life, it ended up almost a year before I called again. My salesman no longer works there. Although I expected some drama, Micah made it all a very pleasant experience. I will continue to recommend this place whenever I have a chance. And do yourself a favor and have them do the install too. The paltry sum I saved by hiring someone else was not worth it. Leave it to Micah and his trusty staff! Five stars indeed.

Their design team gave us the multiple options for redesigning the kitchen. Over and above that, practical suggestions and recommendations. Recommended!

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

Garth and team were very responsive and addressed all the issues. It was a very large project so there were a few issues with measurements and that was challenging but they worked with us and delivered everything in the end.

Royal Designs just installed new granite in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom and it looks amazing. His company did a great job and the owner, Daniel Gherghita, was responsive, scheduled the work about 10 days after we selected granite at AZ Tile and did the job all in one day! I also overpaid him $50 (my error, not his), but he was very honest and returned the money to our account. I wonder how many companies would have done that? I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I hope to have our upstairs bathrooms done in the future by Royal Designs and would recommend this company to others.

I called Cabinets 4 Less in Scottsdale, hoping to find an appliance garage to
match my existing cabinets. I spoke to connie, who was a wealth of knowledge
and information. Although she couldn't help me, she did give me a few custom cabinet places to check into. I can't say enough about their customer service, and if I need cabinets for my laundry room in other areas of the house, I will definitely give them a call! Thank you
