Royal Designs - Kitchen Countertops

I got a recommendation off of Next Door and I’m so glad I did. Daniel came out the next day for the estimate, gave me the price to install on the spot. I ended up going to the yard to pick out a slab and have it delivered to him for fabrication. I was working with Lowes and they were taking so long I cancelled my contract and got my money back. The countertops look amazing. He actually cut the slab I bought so perfectly. The heavy variation part of the slab he placed on the island and I couldn’t even tell a seam was made at the sink as I had an apron sink installed and they had to cut around it. Don’t listen to bad reviews. The pictures speak for themselves.

Friends had recommended Daniel Gherghita of Royal Designs and we were not disappointed. Daniel arrived on schedule, gave us a quote fabrication and installation of our granite counter tops. We picked the style and slabs we wanted at Arizona Tile. We sent pictures of the slabs to Daniel and he ask which sections we liked the best. He said fabrication would take 2 weeks and he was right on schedule. Daniel and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work and it looks great. They were very professional, answered questions and cleaned up after their work was completed. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to my friends.

Royal Designs just installed new granite in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom and it looks amazing. His company did a great job and the owner, Daniel Gherghita, was responsive, scheduled the work about 10 days after we selected granite at AZ Tile and did the job all in one day! I also overpaid him $50 (my error, not his), but he was very honest and returned the money to our account. I wonder how many companies would have done that? I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I hope to have our upstairs bathrooms done in the future by Royal Designs and would recommend this company to others.

We just finished a very large granite project with Daniel at Royal Designs. It was one of the best experiences we've had with a company. We had 12 different pieces of granite and all were fabricated and installed perfectly. He did a beautiful mitered edge (which not everyone can do) on nearly every piece. We highly recommend this company.

This was our second house having granite installed. We contacted Dan when we were looking into buying the granite slabs. Dan answered questions and helped us get a good slab price at AZ Tile. Dan came a couple days later did an estimate of the job and a week later the granite was being installed. His guys were very knowledgable of granite and everything went off without a hitch. We also had one chunk of granite left, so we did one of our bathroom countertops for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Royal Designs Granite for your next granite project!

We were looking at redoing our counter tops from tile to Granite. Dan at Royal Designs was recommended to us by other friends that have had work done by him. I was expecting a few issue in redoing the kitchen but there were absolutely none. Excellent knowledge of the product, no issues on install, and absolutely no mess during install. The Granite was matched perfectly.
The end result is a really fantastic looking new kitchen.

Daniel was really nice to work with. Gorgeous granite & great quality at an awesome price. I was amazed by the results, I knew it would be pretty but they (kitchen & bathroom counters) turned out even better than what I expected! I got several estimates and Royal Designs was very competitive on price. I especially liked the fact that I wasn't dealing with a middle man.

Dan provided helpful advice as I picked out my slabs of marble. Then came out to measure my kitchen. My slabs had a dark stripe on them and together we determined how to use the marble slabs so that the dark stripe wasn't on the main work areas of my counters.

I was thrilled that Dan worked with me to get the most cuts out of my stone and we ended up being able to not only get the kitchen, but also the laundry and two bathroom counter tops. He was also able to sell me sinks directly at a discounted price which saved me the hassle of shopping for them and dealing with delivery.

The quality of the workmanship was absolutely outstanding. His crew spent an entire day doing the demo and installation and they were respectful and professional. I couldn't be happier with my counters. Outstanding job.

We have had the pleasure of working with Daniel on two renovation projects. Last year a kitchen overhaul was capped off by the installation of Silestone counter tops. Do not use, this appears to be a scam. Took $3000 and then will not answer the phone. Stay away, had to dispute with AMEX.
