I have worked with lots of contractors and these guys impressed me with their clear comunication, how clean they keep the work areas and how much they care about their customers..highly recommend them.

Stellar Kitchen & Bath needs to be on everyone’s radar when it comes to a remodel. Sean was there to guide us through our bathroom remodel every step of the way. His communication was top-notch. He came out personally and did the hardware install himself. It was absolutely perfect. My wife and I will be using Sean from Stellar Kitchen & Bath to do our kitchen remodel when the time comes. Very poor service! They promise the job will be great but when the technician arrived he spent more time outside talking to a man who pulled up next to my driveway than he spent doing the job. After he finished the application he showed me what he had done. I pointed out all these imperfections. He said he would come back but I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I was told the technician randomly came by one day but I wasn't home so the matter was resolved. I provided the office lady Colleen with photos and she claimed the job could not be perfect like a new tub. I said these imperfections need to be fixed. She sent her technician out and he removed the coating and said goodbye. Colleen called and said they didn't think I'd be happy with their application so this was the end of the project. I was told I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting for a refund. I hired another company and they agreed the job done was not done right. The tub should have been stripped first(it wasn't). Still waiting for a refund. I found there is no history of this conpany on BBB and they see not listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so I would avoid them!

Colleen blames the customer but she totally ignores the photos showing bubbling and puckering of the acrylic material in all the other areas. Her tech Tomas told me the tub would be ready to use in 24 hours. A tile guy came out 72 hour later and gently taped off the wall from the tub using painters tape. Where the acrylic was bubbled the worst it peeled. I showed these photos and explain what happened to another company in town and they said that it should never peel off with painters tape after three days of drying, and they also agreed with me that the bubbling and puckering is abnormal and that is not a good job, and it shows that the material applied was not adhering properly and that is definitely a company problem not mine And despite saying that I have received a refund, I have not received a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the ROC.

Quality cabinets at a fair price... ask for Logan Peterson. He was patient and knowledgeable and helpful during our remodel process. We highly recommend him!

Do yourself a big favor and avoid a lot of stress and go strait to AZ Granite & Remodeling. We started our remodeling journey at Lowe's & Home Depot and soon regretted it. Shortly after we met Veny and company who picked up all the pieces of our bad decisions and put it all back together. Not only did he do a magnificent job on our countertops, but he also corrected extensive work which had already been completed pre-Veny and only charged us cost of materials. Trust us, you will not regret the price, speed, and quality of work you will be getting with AZ Granite & Remodel.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

When Republic West remodeled my master bathroom, I was spoiled but did not fully appreciate it until I employed a landscape contractor to remodel my outside patios. The latter never gave a specific schedule or followed the original timeline, dragging a two-week job into five weeks. So, when I decided to remodel my kitchen, laundry and second bathroom all at once, I was eager to select Republic West again. I even requested the same team of designers, project manager and sub-contractors. Further, I trusted them so much that I was deliberately out of town for the first two weeks to avoid the demo process.

Steve’s attention to detail in project design meant that as the cabinets were put in place, they not only fit the space but my expectations and needs. One of the joys of renovation is including new, practical kitchen innovations. His recommendations are the highlights of my new workspace. Designer Kathy understood my overall goals and décor style, guiding my choices toward the desired aesthetic. Republic West gives full disclosure of job details and responsibilities so that clients understand the financial realities as well as the detailed specs. Those are onsite throughout the process, facilitating transparency throughout this dynamic process. Watching the project develop from concept on paper to reality was an instructive process.

Knowing that this project would disrupt my life more than a single bathroom, it was important to me to have assurance that the process would be as interactive as possible. RW gave that to me in spades. Remodeling the most essential hub of a home tests one’s ability to anticipate and problem-solve through the short term displacement of food preparation space and laundry. Before the project began, RW worked with me to set up an alternate food station to ease that challenge. They also reconnected the washer/dryer between the demo and laying of the tile. From design to the final walkthrough, Garth, the project manager, kept me informed, allowing me to anticipate decision points, and was proactive throughout the process.

All of the subcontractors were courteous and respectful of my privacy and property. Those who work for Republic West are efficient experts who are also artists. Slobo and his team laid the tile so I always had a path for entry to the house and rooms. Further, he was especially creative with the transition between the tile and wood floor, giving me the smooth, contemporary look that I wanted. When one cabinet did not meet my criteria, Steve adapted it until I got all the space and access I needed.

With any project, there are a few glitches, unforeseen delays and potential cost overruns. You have to go into renovation with specific goals in mind, and, more importantly, patience, flexibility and a generous spirit. Most of that is to help you understand the true complexity of this kind of work and to teach you to cope with your tolerance for dust, disruption of your space, and impatience to cross the finish line. Take pictures every week so you can evaluate just how much progress has been made. Enjoy the process. When you are done, have a big party to show off your new home that reflects your personality.

Keith and his staff did a great job in my countertop. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was amazing and they left the worksite clean. And I did couple of quotes from other companies and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
