We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

We had a large crack in our exterior stucco that was getting large with time. It was determined that the two existing materials where not properly joined to prevent the cracking. Tood Whittaker Drywall did a fantastic job repairing the crack. The Repair person ensured everything in the work area was protected from damage. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend

Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.

We bought a home that had potential but was in original condition. It was extensive including removing walls to create open space and light, re-plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and creating a beautiful wooden focal wall around the television and fireplace area.
We were blessed to find Danny Niemela and company who gave us the peace of mind that we needed managing our project as we looked on from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous to detail every step of the way. Our project manager Aaron and workers that we met, Rich and TJ, were also top professionals...all truly good people and gentlemen.
Aaron sent photos, videos and emails to us along the way, however our return upon completion was like being on an episode of HGTV! We walked in and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the workmanship and transformation.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. We are extremely happy with the results and we recommend Custom Creative Remodeling for anyone looking for reliable and professional services for their home improvement projects.

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. They remodel a condo apartment! Complete bathroom, removal of wood paneling and popcorn ceilings throughout, replace all doors inside and new patio doors, painting throughout, installation of all new lighting and two ceiling fans. I was completely pleased. I would highly recommend Republic West Remodeling. **** is very knowledgeable and honest. I want to expand on honesty - he had a very easy opportunity to obtain about a thousand dollars worth of products at my expense. Instead, he explained to me why I did not need to spend that money, how I could get a refund. He was on time every time we arranged a meeting and quickly returned every phone call. I wasn't living in the condo during the remodel, and he was in touch with me frequently to be sure that my desires were being met. He has a good eye for what looks right and does not cut corners. The project was completed on schedule, prior to my move-in date.

This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
