True professionals, everything was right on time they were reliable we put off doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel just because of the headache of dealing with non-professionals and contractors who will take your deposit and show up whenever it’s convenient for them and take weeks longer than they anticipated we have had night contractor stories In the past... I won’t use or recommend anyone besides the HOLTZMAN FAMILY!

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I would hire them again and have also recommended them to other family members doing a kitchen remodel.

Luxury Remodels took care of my kitchen remodel due to a damaged water leak and this was a first of a kind experience for me...however with their excellent team of skilled laborers. their project manager and Tim and Jerry I was very impressed with the results and their attention to detail and customer service. We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. In addition, Shannon informed us that when they start a project, they work through to completion without jumping around to other projects. This was a huge selling point for us, as we had never experienced a contractor that had worked this way – with most juggling multiple projects at the same time and not showing up for days at a time due to being on another job site.

The entire project was well orchestrated from quote to completion and the work was of superior quality and craftsmanship. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

Tom was very professional with his work and mannerisms. He took the time to do it right and consulted with us at various steps of the project. The showers look great.

We used Power Home Remodeling for a few windows several years ago, and we were so pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail preceding, during and following up after the work was done, we used them again to finish replacing all the windows in our 2 story home. Highly recommend Power Home Remodeling for your window project(s). They use high quality product (Pella) that we are very pleased with.

Amazing! We had a very extensive and messy remodel after flood damage in our kitchen. Ron helped the process go smoothly. He helped me every step of the way from picking out granite to working with my insurance company. The final outcome is better than I could have imagined.

I had a whole wall of mirrors that I wanted taken off and I knew that I'd need drywall repair. Marshall did a great job doing that task. I also had minor repairs that needed to be done for some roof leaks and he did a nice job with that. I have another appt scheduled to meet with a different handyman with expertise elsewhere and I'm looking forward to another job well done. Very friendly company to work with.

We love our new LTV floor that Trevor installed for us. Our whole house feels updated after getting the worn out carpeting out of there. He did a wonderful job transitioning up to our existing tile and he completed the job exactly as promised. We would highly recommend him and will use him again.

My husband and I were really looking forward to updating our home and adding some value to our property. We had two other companies come to our home, and Republic West Remodeling seemed to be the best, at first. We originally had one designer, who wasn't supposed to be our designer, but we were placed with this first one because the other person had a family emergency. When meeting with the designer, everything seemed great, all this different stuff was going to be added that wasn't originally in the contract, and it was getting much more personalized. But, then I never heard from that designer again, they never conveyed it to the person who wrote our contract, and then our home wasn't being done the new way I believed it would. Instead we just heard it would be about 5,000 over our already insanely large budget. Then the designer we were originally supposed to have became the designer once again, but never even came to our home. For our master shower we had a tile picked out, and we said it was too expensive. So, they got a less expensive tile that couldn't be on the bench for our shower and didn't even think to get a pencil liner to match it. This is when it was our last straw. I emailed the designers about the lack of communication and how it was unprofessionally considering we are not some big fancy home in Scottsdale, but we are paying A LOT of money for this work. I also called and texted, even the person who wrote our contract. NO RESPONSE from any of them. I am not a mean person, just a simple I AM SORRY would have made me feel better. To me the designers and the business did not care about our home. It was just another job that they don't have to worry about. The owner of Republic West called us, helped solve some things, but the cheapest way possible for them. The workers that came to the house were always great. The manager for the project was good, he cared about our situation and helped out. In the end our stuff looks beautiful. Is it perfect and exactly what we wanted? No. But, I am glad I never have to worry about them again. For what we paid, it was not worth it. If we were to do it again, we would have went with someone else. We know home updates never go as planned, but this was a whole different ball game of bad. They cared about the checks, not us and our home. I believe a professional business should not even have to share with their costumers that we won't have this original designer because of their family emergency. Just find someone else to take over, and if you need to switch just let them know it was for a business reason. I truly hope they treat costumers far better than they treated us, but I wouldn't take the chance!
