We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

We contracted with Holtzman Home Improvement to remodel the shower and water closet area of our master bathroom. The folks we worked with from Johny in sales to Grace in design were great to work with. Grace managed to avoid having to do any marriage counseling while my wife and I worked through the design and materials selection process. Will, the project manager for our project, did an outstanding job., he was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to my phone or text messages, took the time to explain things to me patiently when I had questions, and kept me informed about schedules. The folks who did the work; framing, plumbing, electrical, and tiling were professional and did quality work. They invariably completed their work ahead of schedule. My only complaint would be with how long the project took from signing the contract to completing the work but all in all an excellent outfit to work with..

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! This bathroom should impress even the most skeptical. Thanks to Neoteric Builders who is actually capable of dreams come true!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

Sean Mucci, our sales rep, was fantastic. So knowledgeable about the process and he was very patient when we wanted to change the color of the granite we picked for our countertops. He even met me at work to pick up all the extra samples that I borrowed and he helped me pick out the right color of grout to use on the backsplash that we are installing ourselves. I will definitely call Sean first for all of our other remodeling needs that we cannot do ourselves. He was honest, patient, and everything he told us was true. He was not pushy and in fact helped us decide some alternatives to keep the cost down because I have a big kitchen island with an odd shaped breakfast island. Too bad he can't be cloned to do sales for everyone!

We engaged Custom Creative team for lighting work in our newly built home and also kitchen customization work, the team has done a wonderful job!!! Praveen and his team has given us multiple alternative designs and worked with us through the whole process. We were very happy with the quality of work. Thank you Team Custom Creative!!!

Couldn't be happier with our Walk In Shower. Top notch service, top notch design and professionalism. Republic West Remodeling is your go to. I have had the pleasure to work with them and they are great at what they do. They have great communication and are clear and detailed on what they need when using us to paint their projects. Overall great team to work with.

Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
