I’ve had Plumbrite out 3 times in the last year or so. They’re the only plumbing company I’ll use. They’re on time, every time and even more importantly they’re experts in their field. They get the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

They are very responsive, professional, very thorough and very polite. We had Brandon install our new water heater and he was excellent! Any future issues I might have, I would definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing!

Truck #263 has parked in handicap parking spots before at our complex.I asked him if he knew it was handicapped ♿ and he stated yes I know, I'll move in a minute. There were 2 open parking places he could've parked in or beside the curb, but he opted for the handicapped spot. No regard for the ADA laws at all.

I highly recommend Eddie (and his team) from Johnco Plumbing. His has great customer service, expertise and does quality work. He went above and beyond to fix a sewer line issue on my property. I’ll use Eddie and Johnco for any future plumbing needs that I have.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

I broke a pipe leading to my bathtub called up sunstate plumbing. Ron came out and the pipe fixed in little under 2 hours. I was quite impressed. I recommend for sure.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
