Best Complete Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. I recently had my home painted by another company and they did a terrible job. They didn't tape off windows and cabinets and got paint everywhere.Their color tie ins were a mess and the overall job just looked horrible. TWD came in and spent two full days detailing the entire house and did a fantastic job. I will be using TWD for everything from this point forward. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.

We love Holtzmans!! This company is the best, from our salesperson to our designer and our superintendent. This was like no other project we had taken on, you always hear remodels are a nightmare. Not with Holtzmans. They helped with our plans, permits, HOA and made this process easy. They have a calendar that let us know who was coming in our home and when. If we do another project big or small we will use them again. Thank you to the entire Holtzmans staff!!!!

Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didn't realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

Over the past 20 years, I lived through 5 major home renovation projects in my previous home. After interviewing multiple contractors for an extensive master bath reconfiguration in my new home, I knew that “Just Remodel“ was the real deal. We had Diamond Granite replace our countertop after having new cabinets installed (by another company). They were punctual, responsive, and there was no pressure during the buying process. Scheduling and installation were equally easy and smooth, with the countertops being installed on time and by a friendly and responsive pair of workers. I will recommend this company to others. Note: if you see torn-up drywall in the picture, that's on us - we're going to do a tile backsplash ourselves.

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

Our project had challenges due to manufacturing errors but Affinity made everything right. Their quality control person, Jamie, made a special 2 hr trip at the end to make sure all was right. Theresa the designer did a meticulous job of measuring and planning. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we are really enjoying it.

Steven and Alex were courteous professional and fast. Their work was amazing. Om Tuesday June 9th they installed our walk in shower and it is gorgeous, safe, great water pressure and a joy.

They were great to work with starting with Audra in sales, Paul job super, Jay from office to each worker. Communications were great and we are in love with the finish product. Two bathroom remodels.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

Really horrible service and overpriced collections of discarded furniture. they like to say wholesale prices but their margins are either off the planet or they have been royally taken. Some of the furniture was filthy and dissolved when you touched it. Other pieces were broken and the woman who attacked aka served us was full of herself and amazingly ill informed. This questionable store is located in the rear of a much larger consignment shop. Fortunately easy to miss this little rip off!
