We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We needed the drywall replaced and fisished to match existing wall after laundry room sink installation. Maria repaired the wall and matched the the textured finish EXACTLT! Her work was just amazing. I didn't event have to run the vaccuum afterwards. I recommend TWD and Maria without reservation.

Bids were WAY out of line! Salesman was visibly upset when we told him that we wouldn’t give him a same-day answer. Very high pressure and out right rude! Strongly do NOT recommend!

From our installer, Alex whose work was excellent, our salesperson David who was very customer focused and our project manager Marvin who kept everything moving along—we were very pleased. Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!
