We have had Custom Creative complete 3 projects at our home over the past 7 years. These included tiling, granite counter-tops and a complete bathroom remodel.
The quality of tile and granite work is absolutely top notch. Plus Praveen stands by his work completely and promptly & cheerfully addresses any concerns regardless of how minor they might be.

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

When I made my decision to complete the project my first visit was with Petrus. Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

I want to thank these guys for coming out on this install. My husband is due to return home from the hospital in a couple of weeks. Getting this done was going to make his homecoming easier for both of us. My installers, Colton, Patrick and Brandon were awesome. They let me take pictures to send to my husband in the hospital so he could be a part of the process. Coulton took time to explain things, consult me on placement of shelves, bench, fixtures. Patrick was friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up so well and both were very good with my dog who is always so happy to have company. I enjoyed having the guys in my home. They all went above and beyond.We had quite the mixup at the office level and I have to say although I was not happy with the staff even after receiving weekly phone calls assuring me everything was on schedule, when it came the day of the install no one showed up. We had to reschedule due to errors in the office and were able to resolve the issue.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom redone recently we are very happy how everything went since the first day with design consultant JR Crider was very patient and attentive he was very helpful. Also Sam Snedecor who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed, he did a fantastic job he was dedicated and any questions that we had was answer, he always wanted to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing, overall we love our new bathrooms.
