We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

On the hottest day of the year, my AC went out. Being Gold Members of Plumbing Masters/72Degrees, I called them to come look at the unit. I was told that the unit needed a condenser fan motor and that the unit that was still operating needed one as well. Was quoted a very high price. I explained that I was a single mother and there was no way for me to be able to do that and that I was hoping it was able to be repaired. He said it was not and that the price quoted was for both units, but they could replace just the one, but I would lose the discount. I told him it was not possible for me to afford that and that I would need to figure something else out. Before leaving, he put his personal cell phone number on my copy of the work order and told me I could call him if I was unable to find a solution and he would come over on the side and see if there was something else he could do. I declined. He NEVER mentioned there may be a much less expensive option.I have 2 small children and called the Pastor of my church for a recommendation. A few moments later I received a text from Tim H at Ace Home Services. He came that same afternoon, took one look and said I'll be right back. The unit was fixed in less than 10 minutes, it only needed a run capacitor. Thank the Lord!!Needless to say, I am calling and cancelling my Gold Membership with Plumbing Masters and will be using Ace Home Services from now on.THANK YOU TIM AND ACE HOME SERVICES!!!!!
