Best Tile Installation in Phoenix AZ

We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend Handyman Connection and especially Greg H.

If I could give 10 stars I most definitely will. From start to finish the were responsive, professional, nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you David for all you did for us today. We had a great experience using ATR Handyman and would refer them to anyone that asked. Work was done professionally and cleanup was impeccable.

I had a leak in the walkout deck that was damaging the deck and showing underneath the patio with some mold. Joe, from House Doctors, came out and explained what would need done and quoted the estimate. Joe handled everything. At the time they did not have a roofer on their team so Joe contacted an outside contractor that he knew did quality work and managed the whole process. The work was done on time and each person that came out to do part of the job was professional and did solid work.

Nothing but good things to say about Builders Express. They installed backsplash in our kitchen and filled in a space over our fireplace. They were quick to get the job done and the work was done to perfection. So nice to have someone you can count on!

Overpriced and under-skilled... Beware the two-man scam! I hired Response Crew to help me quickly repair a number of action items from my home inspection. I had a list of 14 basic items (from checking to see if some bulbs were burned out and cleaning sink aerators to replacing ceiling fans and putting up a tiny tile back-splash in the kitchen). Even though I have the skills and experience to do this work, I didn't have the time (with my job and all the moving, etc.). When I spoke to Jennifer at Response Crew, she looked at my item list (14 items) and said it would take them 5-6 hours to complete the work (at just under $100 per hour). I agreed to have them do the work.

I added on a tiny, 15sq ft back-splash in the kitchen and two ceiling fans... so I expected to pay more than $600. ...but the next day, Jennifer called me and told me that they had a second technician free up who could help get the work done in far less time (for $140/hr). She claimed it would save me money.

Stupidly, I agreed.

Finally, after $1400 and FOUR visits to my house (3 just to fix the same leaky hose bibb) and TONS of arguing with the owner (Adam) - who seems to think that I'm paying for his men to spend TIME in my house rather than FIX it - I am STILL fixing things from the list I sent them on Day 1 (the list they assured me THREE TIMES was complete).

I would NEVER use these folks again!

I will end off with two positive notes - 1) Jennifer is a great customer servant. I appreciate her patience and dedication to trying to make things right. Thanks to her, I have them an entire extra star in what would have otherwise been a 1-star review. 2) George did a tremendous job on my back splash. He does great tile work.

Despite those two positives, I would highly recommending calling someone else. These guys aren't as skilled as they claim and the two-man team thing is a total scam. Avoid.

These guys are awesome. They did a great job on my roof for a fair price. Will always be my first call whenever I need any handyman services.

George arrived and completed all the items we expected. A toilet had become detached, in part, from the floor and was reattached. Two doors needed adjustment. The side door to the garage needed a new threshold and some side framework. All were completed professionally and efficiently. We would without hesitation recommend Michele's Master Handymen.

Patty Is a true professional, she was easy to talk to and communicate what I wanted and then she just got it done... At a price that was about half of the other estimates I got. It's hard to find someone that you can trust and i will be referring all my friends and family to her.

The best Handyman I have ever used in my life. I'm old and unable to do repairs the way I want it but Jeremy and his crew are the best thing since sliced bread!!!

This is the second time we have used Eddie and his crew. They show up on time go straight to work and they do a great job. There were no hidden charges. It's nice to know there is a reliable company out there can help with minor and the large issues.

Steve is the best handyman! I found him to help my client who is selling her home complete some repairs. He was able to fix some minor electrical issues, an irrigation leak and a window that wasn't staying open. He was prompt and professional in his communication. He even provided photos and videos of each repair to be able to provide to our buyer. I've already referred him to another client to help with a fence project! Thanks for being awesome, Steve!

We needed pedestals installed under our washer and gas dryer and had been unable to get anyone to do it. Mr. Handyman technician Ken Kazimierczuk was on time and accomplished the task quickly. On his first trip it was discovered that some parts were missing for the dryer which I ordered and when they came in he returned the very next business day to finish the job. And it was done without additional charges for the second trip. I will definitely use them again.

John responded quickly! Was super professional and polite. He did a great job replacing our garbage disposal! We will definitely call him again.
