Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Todd Whittaker Drywall remodeled our kitchen beautifully so when it came time to get out bathtub area tiled I thought of them. Ron LaBrie, who was our designer for our kitchen, stepped up again and did a beautiful bathtub area design with tile and special niches for soaps and hair needs. All of their people from demo to clean up were great. We were totally pleased with the job done.

Had our first appt with Rob. He knows what he's doing and is a fun guy. We are excited to get started!!

Paul was great! We worked with Neoteric Builders to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. We highly recommend Paul!!

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.

Christina was super helpful with her work! Recently moved to a new place with my family and both the kitchen and bathroom countertops needed a new remodel. She helped me come to a decision and I loved how it turned out!

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair.

Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from!

We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. Republic West Remodeling recently did a renovation of the master bathroom in our home. After the death of my father, my mother came to live with us. She has some physical issues, and we needed to create a handicap accessible bathroom for her.
I felt this would be a challenging project, but the team at Republic West Remodeling were amazing. From the the initial design process, to picking out fixtures and materials, to the actual construction, the Republic West team walked us through each step and let us know what to expect. We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. Republic West Remodeling did amazing work for our family, and I look forward to using them for our next project.
