What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

Their team came in and installed our Kholer walk-in tub. Along with a booster for the hot water tank.

They were all professional, completed the install in one day, cleaned up and explained operating the tub uto us. We are excited with how easy they made it.
And it looks and works great.

Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again. Hello. I had a walk in shower install and the old tub removed in my master bathroom so I guess you could qualify that as a remodel. My person, Cameron Rudge, did a beautiful job, even finishing a day earlier than estimated. Each day he would show and explain to me what was done that day. He was very courteous, and would let me know what time he would be there the next day and was on time. He cleaned up before leaving and on the final day he did more thorough clean up. I love my new shower and Cameron did an excellent job.

Each of our installers (Michael, Frank, Vinny, and Aaron) and helper (Drake) were all very professional/ knowledgeable and courteous to us. We would not hesitate to welcome them to our home again for a project. We appreciate everything- starting with Jim Blackburn, salesperson- and all ReBath employees during the new bathroom installation process. Our thanks to all.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

The transformation to our bathroom was phenomenal. Jacob and his team removed a very outdated tub and replaced it with a modern new shower with a glass panel.
The work far exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs and have already recommended them to our neighbors

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

We have used this companies services several times over the last ten years. Always on time with good results and reasonable prices.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
