Had this company take out existing bathtub in our park model and replace it with a walk in shower. Love it! The installation went very smoothly-professional, courteous, and timely. Start to finish a day and a half. When they left the bathroom was clean and shower ready to use. Little spendy but couldn’t be happier

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Bath remodel was excellent on all aspects

I needed to replace my 35 year old bath tub with a walk in shower that was also compatible for my special needs son. Re Bath made the process extremely easy and worry-less. My installer, Jacob, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, always on time and never had any hiccups. The home was kept clean, and the job was done ahead of schedule. These guys are awesome. Would definitely use again.

We recently had a backsplash installed. Derek was very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. His installer, Russ, was very nice as well. The backsplash is beautiful and they definitely know what they are doing. My husband and I are very pleased. Derek and Russ made it as convenient as possible for me by doing the legwork, picking up the product, and making sure everything was ready to go. Following installation, Derek applied a stone enhancer which was not included in his estimate. I appreciate those small touches and it meant a lot to me as I am not familiar with caring for backsplashes. We will definitely call Derek at Aqua Therapy Tubs in the future for all of our tile redecorating needs.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

If you want to use a company that is well
priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

Vincent and Keaton came out the first day and they made sure that all my floors and carpet were protected. They were friendly and professional. Vincent installed a beautiful new bathtub and shower and gave me instructions on how to care for it. I am very pleased with ReBath and I would recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

In the end, the tub reglazing technician was highly trained and very good at what he does. They were professional, patient and provided excellent advice.

Love our walk-in tub. Can sit and soak with the whirlpool jets - good for sore muscles! Also like keeping the shower option. A little over three days to install, and well worth it.

We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied

We had our bathroom remodeled. They removed the garden tub and shower to put in a large walk-in shower for me and my husband. The work was fantastic, the workers were very professional and kind. It exceeded our expectations and we are delighted

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
