These guys are really the greatest! They provided us with our dream bathroom and made the whole renovation experience, pleasant. They cleaned after themselves everyday and were friendly with our two little dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Paid over $16,000 to change the tub to a shower. They really sold us on their quality. The shelf didnt even last a day. Called them and now we wait for a reorder on what they say is defective product. Now Im calling and calling to see what the status is and only voicemail and no one is returning my call. I definitely think I got taken on this job. Should have shopped around here in phoenix.

From the initial visit with our amazing designer Deb to all the hard work Jon had to do to transform my bathroom, my experience with them and the company they represent far exceeded my expectations. Jon did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was complete! When demolition began Jon discovered errors from the builder and instead of just letting it go he repaired and replaced to prevent future issues. There were no shortcuts for him! If Jon had any questions he didn’t hesitate to reach out for clarification. Even with all the discoverable issues that needed to be fixed he was done early and believe me it wasn’t because he cut any corners. Jon possesses not only time management and dedication to his work but also quality. TWD did an awesome job from the design, budget and construction of my remodel. My home was built in 1980 and was in need of updating which meant a few walls had to be removed and both bathrooms and kitchen needed to be torn out and replaced. Ron was my designer and he was spot on from the first time I had spoken with him. Other contractors I had interviewed were not as forthcoming in the beginning to help me calculate the basic costs of what I wanted to do but Ron gave me estimated costs as we went through the house on his first visit which helped me greatly. Ron also came up with 2 ideas that solved issues with my house layout. The planning phase was an in depth review of every piece of everything that had to be worked on and the scope of work was detailed in writing for us both to agree on the work that was to be done. I appreciated the detailed description that I was working with and it also made sure that they completed all aspects of the job. My job took about 12 weeks and through out I was kept informed and was able to see progress through their web site system which included photographs of the tear down and reconstruction. We did make a couple of changes which were handled effectively and when the work was done, they made sure every small detail was made satisfactory to me. Good job TWD....I have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors who watched and heard the construction over a 12 week period.....My house is now up to date and I love it.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

The guy fixed the leaking bathtub hence saving hundreds of dollars for my future repairs. He was proficient, mannerly, and quick. Hire them when needed.

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

If you want to use a company that is well
priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

Took my 1963 cast iron tub and brought it into the 21st century! Looks like it just came out of the box new. Great job. Pleasant experience. Clean and professional. Highly recommended!

Today is the eleventh day of signing contract and have not heard from their office anything about when the work will be done.
