Recently completed a remodeling project of our primary bedroom and bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. From start to finish the communication and execution were flawless. Their in-house designer captured exactly what I was looking for. They took care of ordering everything and all steps - from tile to paint to carpet. The team who did the work were respectful, hard-working and got things complete 1 week earlier than estimated! Really happy with our end result and the process.

We needed the drywall replaced and fisished to match existing wall after laundry room sink installation. Maria repaired the wall and matched the the textured finish EXACTLT! Her work was just amazing. I didn't event have to run the vaccuum afterwards. I recommend TWD and Maria without reservation.

Started out as 1 star for non responsive, but since then the company has reached out and done everything it could to be on top of what is happening with the remodel, they assigned a wonderful person named Christine to the project and she has done everything she can to make it clear that what we want will be a long process and explained the steps. I look forward to how this all ends.

After the remediation, no one could ever guess that the place was demolished a few hours ago. Their services genuinely need recognition.

We had our master bathroom 90’s separate square/box shower and small soaking tub removed and a new walk-in shower installed in its place. Brad and team were very professional, followed Covid precautions, worked very efficiently daily and kept a very clean working area each day. They put cardboard down throughout the path in our house leading up to our bathroom to protect our floors. They kept us constantly updated on progress daily. They also cleaned up wonderfully when the project was finished. We are very pleased with the final product and it was completed a day early, which is awesome. Ruidoso remodeled/updated the kitchen (new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, fans, lighting and fume hood) and bathroom (took out the sunken tub and split vanities, reconfigured the space with double vanities, ensuite entrance, and a beautiful walk in shower). They are meticulous, professional, creative, and kept me up to date with the process, even with the difficulties with the product supply line.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They will be back in Jan to replace some windows!
