We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

As a single Mom on a tight budget I looked into several options for our bathroom remodel and found everything I needed with Holtzman's Home Improvement. I went in to ask about a remodel project. It would involve removing a closet between two bedrooms, closing in a door and adding a walk in closet. I was told they would not even talk to me because this sounds like permits are needed. No one would even look at our rough plans. I felt like I was escorted out. I would have appreciated some type of actual review.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

They did a fantastic job on my kitchen. This was a difficult job but they result is fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

First time home owner and never had the need for contractor services, I was taking to my neighbor and she recommended Brian Moore. Brian came out and he was very knowledgeable about the complex I live at and had done a lot of work for other people there. He inspected what we wanted done and during his time there we found out our water heater was 25 years old and a water supply valve was corroded and needed to be replaced. He knew the supply valve was the cities responsibility and we had to contact them to have that taken care of. That saved us from having a leak, money and the liability from damage to our neighbors!! We had him install new baseboard, new water heater and a scale prevention water treatment system, stretch the carpets, re-caulked the bathrooms, install new appliances and install recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and the living room. Brain and his team exceeded our expectations! The quality of work, always on time, their professionalism and the value we received was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to have Brain back for our kitchen remodel! He has earned our trust and we would recommend him to anyone.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
