JD Master Electric has done replacement, repair and installation for several items and areas in my home. He recently installed a transformer, relocated the automatic watering system box and installed the electrical box for all to be plugged into correctly. I will also add that he updated and brought all the electrical requirements to code in each case. My older home was way off in being legal! Thank you, John, for always going the extra mile, taking care of my electrical needs and making my home a safer place. I recommend JD Master Electric for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, clean and efficient electrician to serve your needs.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! Our electrician, David, was prompt and on-time. Super impressed with how quickly our car charger was installed by Wiring Pros. Wiring pros did a site survey and then came out the next day to install. We were originally going to go through dealer-recommended AZCarCharging.com, but that place still has not even gotten back to us even after a site audit. All of the work done by Wiring Pros was excellent quality. David came prepared, got the job done, and was highly personable also.

I called to ask to look at our breaker, but he could not get to my house by the time I needed it fixed so I had to call someone else. He then got mad and hung up on me. The electrician that did come out found a huge issue with my electrical wiring and it looks like we are going to have to rewire the house, so I let them go and told them to give a bid. I then called Apollo back to ask for if he could submit a bid but he cut me off before I could say anything and told me I'd have to call someone faster, then he just hung up on me.

I have worked with Allied Electric Technology for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and his team. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. They are fair, honest, and work hard on each project. I highly recommend this company!

This company is terrible. I would not recommend not to use them. I called upon them tp put in a simple ceiling fan and the experience was horrible. First they put in the wrong size fan, so I had to call them to replace it and after one week they finally replaced it. After installation of the second fan I noticed that it was shaking, so again they came back out and after two hours the technician left and the fan is still shaking. So after talking to the Office Manager Nathan he scheduled an appointment with what he called a Master Technician for the following Tuesday between 9-12:00. The Technician never showed or called. This company has been a terrible experience and I would say that as consumers we do have options and when we hire someone we expect the work to be done on time and correctly and based upon my experience with this company they have proven no to do so.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Company is great to work with. Easy scheduling and they provide timely updates and reminders. You even get to know who the technician is and exactly when they will arrive.

Wonderful team always helpful

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!
