This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you again for doing an excellent job.

Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...

1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures

Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin and his team do some of the best work I have ever experienced. I recently had pavers put in my backyard and received many bids. Some contractors told me it would take 4-5 days. Urban Element completed the project in 2 days and even rerouted our sprinkler system lining the pavers. They gave us 6 extra spouts ensuring the coverage was accurate for our size lawn. This is what it is about!! I need someone that will do what is RIGHT not what is easiest. Thank you Urban Element for a job well done.
