All the way from the office staff being very knowledgeable and what they were saying to the construction workers come out out to the house. Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

Anthony made our kitchen vision come to life. He and his staff provided top-notch service from start to finish. I personally would not recommend anyone else in the industry besides him. We shopped around and no one came close to his price for the same quality cabinets and countertops.

I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

The guys at Miracle Method-Tempe really work miracles. I really, really love my new bathroom. I am very pleased with this company. Blake was great at explaining the process and offering color suggestions. Steven was awesome and very professional. He did an amazing job with the refinishing. And Tamara, in the office, was always very nice and polite, and answered all kinds of questions. The kitchen will definitely be next.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. The workers were on time, clean and efficient. The removed all the door framing and enlarged the opening to the bathroom to and added handicap access bars. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

I had my fair share of handyman experiences, not the greatest, until I was lucky enough to meet Wiley Jones. He is by far the most honest, capable, reliable handyman I ever hired. He has been consistently helping me to fix different items in my house for the last 3 years. Not once I had a less than superb work and professionalism coming from him. I recommend him without any hesitation. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable.

Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.
