Will was my superintendent and he was very kind, professional and accommodating to my needs during the remodel. The remodel took longer than expected but I was expecting it would because of the pandemic. I appreciate the workers too ! They were all very kind and trustworthy!

They never called me back. They replaced 2 of my windows previously and did a great job. Which is why I called them to replace 2 more windows

Bobby and his team are fantastic! I could not be happier with the results after working with Atelier 507. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

Luxury Remodels took care of my kitchen remodel due to a damaged water leak and this was a first of a kind experience for me...however with their excellent team of skilled laborers. their project manager and Tim and Jerry I was very impressed with the results and their attention to detail and customer service. David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. This is the second time I've used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus we've had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in it's place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, they're in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

CR Home Remodel build two outdoor Kitchens in two different location for me, painted interior of house, repair plumbing, installed tile floor, remodeled master bath cabinets, and other small jobs. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.

We just finished our second project with Trinity Homes. They are on time and on budget. This company has VIP connections in the Phoenix area; giving their customers access to the highest end interior design options for any project. Highly recommend!

We initially contacted McCurdy Construction for an estimate mid February based off of the good Yelp reviews. Estimator Ryan Grannis came out on 2/25/21 and provided us with some ballpark numbers. He asked if his high end of the estimate scared us ($250k) and we said yes, but that we would still like to move forward with a detailed estimate. He said he would have this to us in a week and a half to two weeks tops, and joked that he prefers to work on the bids for jobs that he likes first. I'm not sure where we fell on his preference scale, but future customers beware that if your job does not excite him enough (i.e. size of budget), you will likely get jumped in line. Apparently our $150k didn't quite do it for him.

Two weeks after his initial visit I called him (3/11) to see where he was at with the estimate. He said he would have it to us the next day, and if not, he would come in on that Saturday to make sure we got it. We didn't get it that Saturday and this was the last time I was ever able to get a hold of him.

I called and left him a message the following Thursday (3/18), now three weeks after the initial in-home consultation, but no response. I then called the office and the receptionist said she would email him right away to get his butt in gear.

Now four weeks later and we have still not heard a single word from McCurdy Construction or Ryan Grannis. It is disappointing that this is the most forward facing person for the company and he cannot even return a phone call. We knew this lack of communication from the initial contact representing the company was a red flag of things to come, and we wisely found a much more communicative and professional contractor. We are happy that we avoided this potential nightmare.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!
