Best Remodels Tub in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

We had a great experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They remodeled our guest bathroom that desperately need a refresh and we are 100% happy with the results. They were professional and great about communicating timelines and made sure our expectations were met. We're looking forward to working with them on future projects!

Expensive but really nice and completed quickly

This is the third bathroom (tub/shower and vanity) that we have had Re-Bath do for us, in the same house. Again, everything was great! On time, pleasant, professional and clean, with great care to detail with the new hardware and surroundings. John Mattingly, the installer, did an outstanding job as always. Super satisfied with his work and the finished overall project and highly recommend both Re-Bath in general and John specifically to all who would ask! This company is amazing!! I had my shower leaking and caused damage to the drywall. Derek's team fixed the problem and installed a beautiful tile shower. They were very professional and priced very fair. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

They never returned my calls.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

Very happy with all the work that your team did. I was kept in contact with every decision that was being made throughout the process of this bathroom being remodeled. This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

They came out to look over the jobs and detail the options available. I was so excited by what they were offering that I signed up on the spot. After measurements were taken, the materials were ordered. Kevin then came out to do the demo and installation. Everything was completed in 5 days and it looks spectacular. Could not be happier.

I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

I love my new bathrooms! I had NewBath remodel all 3 of my bathrooms in my house in Arcadia. They did a fantastic job!! They even suggested the double shower head in my guest bathroom...and it still came in under my budget! :) Thanks again New Bath!

I They were fantastic and concern group of workers. Very personal and making sure things were done like what you asked of the company. We are having future remodeling to our home.

Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.

Keith and his staff did a great job in my countertop. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was amazing and they left the worksite clean. And I did couple of quotes from other companies and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
