At the start , this company a pleasure to work with when we decided to remodel our master shower. From the professional, knowledgeable and on time sales rep (Andrew), up to and including the installers Cameron B and Jon B.. The installers were on time, they walked us through the steps of the job, and welcomed us to observe and ask questions. They ensured that our floors and furniture in or near the work zone were protected. They cleaned up their demo debris before moving to the installation steps. When they found that the warehouse person(s) had pulled the wrong colored panels (per the contract) they rectified the issue quickly. As we observed each step of the installation, they did not cut corners. These two craftsmen are comfortable with their job and put quality at the top of their list. They cleaned up their work area ensuring no debris was left behind. They then walked us through the warranty, the operation of the shower, proper cleaning and maintenance of the surfaces and the waiting period and why we needed to wait. They setup a temporary shower rod and curtain for us to use until our backordered doors are installed. All around a great experience. Cameron B and Jon B. really wrapped up the package of caring, professional and desire for the job to be done RIGHT by this company. The employees at the front end of a company can promise you the Taj Mahal, but it is the people that make that happen, that really cement the commitment to that promise. 3/22/2022. Took me 30 + days to get my doors installed after they charged me for the project completion without the doors being installed. I got the run around, unkept promises and passing the buck from JOSH, AMANDA and one other one that I did not get their name. FINALLY, they decided to give us an upgrade on the door so they could close this job. Once again, the installation crew was great. Clean, professional and polite. Even with a minor hiccup, they did a phenomenal job. I will think twice about using JACUZZI in the future and I WILL NEVER DO A PROJECT WHERE GREENSKY FINANCE IS INVOLVED.

The Dreamstyle Bathroom remodel experience was fantastic. Our bathroom remodel required Robert P and Jonathan K to think outside of the box and they came up with fantastic solutions. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Thanks for the great workmanship and professional install!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

Fabian F. and Mike M. were the installers of our new shower remodeling project.
I can say with out any hesitation nor hesitation nor reservation that they did a great job!

They arrived on time and got right to work. Fabian was very thorough in going over every detail of what we ordered to our satisfaction.

What everything was signed off signed off, the project began with Mike Mike laying down drop clothes along the entire route to the bathroom location.

Both Mike and Fabian were very friendly, yet professional from beginning to end.

The project was completed well within the projected time and they cleaned up everything before leaving!
Also, in full transparency, Mike took pictures and showed me they had made a couple of small marks in the wall and that they would repair them (they were very small marks that Fabian repaired that there with spackling paste). I told them I could sand and paint it later. I just appreciated them letting me know.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend West Shore Home for future remodeling projects.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

Mike and Julie are AMAZING!! This family owned business doesn't cut corners! They are prompt, courteous, creative, and have an eye for detail. They make you feel like family from the initial conversation through completion. They installed outdoor carpet for our patio and a shade structure in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for any job!

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. We love how both bathrooms turned out and highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Remodel of the main bathroom, Friendly contractors. Install Manager, not responsive and was very unprofessional in communication with the customer. The large tile was not installed per the recommendation from the manufacture so tile walls are uneven in shower. They did attempt to fix it, but you can't fix the tile being installed incorrectly. Susggestion: READ the preferred installation INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacture on the box..
They do not do any drawings so communication between trades needs help and monitoring... Somethings get over looked and then can not be completed like placement of niches in shower.

I think this project was just out of their scope of what they can do, but they sold it as they could handle it..

We decided to use Re-Bath to remodel our master shower. There was plenty of communication leading up to the job about who to expect and when. They even sent pictures of who would be coming out. At each step they checked in for placement of shower head and shelves. They were very clean while they worked. Put down cardboard and cloths to protect my flooring. At the end of each day they cleaned up the workspace and sent a progress photo. I was never out of the loop or surprised. They were nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Brad and his team at Re-Bath for any of your remodel needs!

We have had both our Kitchen and just now our Master Bath remodeled by Sunset, and are very happy with the results. We worked with Audra on both projects, and she did a great job designing spaces that were both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciate that their workmen showed up on time, and were respectful of our home. We may even have to move so that we can find a reason to do another project with them.?

The transformation to our bathroom was phenomenal. Jacob and his team removed a very outdated tub and replaced it with a modern new shower with a glass panel.
The work far exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs and have already recommended them to our neighbors

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

We had a bathroom and kitchen remodel with Holtzman. Christina was the designer and Will ran the project. Communication was good the whole time. Techs were nice and courteous. Project took a bit longer than we expected but we are happy with the results

We hired TWD to remodel an entertainment center wall. From the very beginning, the experience was great. The communication was excellent, the design process was easy and a design was created that fit our needs and style. The quote was quite reasonable, and they gave us a calendar and schedule for construction, and stuck to it! They did every task on the day they scheduled, kept the rest of the house clean and neat and did a great jog of cleaning up when they were done. The finished product is fantastic, matched the design, and they were even able to incorporate mid-construction changes with no hassle. Everything was done right, from the first contact, constant communication, construction, cleanup, attention to detail and finished remodel. Highly recommended.

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.
